I have been working with your company for 6month in the personal loan department as a collection boy.

I am writing this email to inform you that i have not received my salary for the month of November. I have never had a problem with the payments in the past and i bring this to your attention hoping to receive a prompt response. I attempted to resolve this issue with my collection manager but there was no response from him.

This issue is causing me financial hardships as i rely on my salary for my expenses. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
