Bajaj Finserv — Surprise amount deducted from flexi loan account

My emis is scheduled for ecs on every 2nd of a month. Last month also, on july 2nd, the emi got deducted. However, surprisingly, there has been another deduction of rs. 6727 on july 5th. Transaction remarks cms / bajaj_auto_cd. There was no notification of this deduction. I had reached out to customer service team, grievance redressal team as well as customer experience head but did not get any response from any of them. It is more than a month now and i don't know what else i need to do get my money back.
