This is Amardeep.I am bajaj finserv customer from a long time.I have taken personal loan also in January 2019, and I am paying my all installments on time or before time.I never got late in paying my installments.Today I got a call from bajaj finserv executive from number
[protected] and asked me to renew the insurance but I denied about that then I cut the call after a routine conversation I said I don't need any insurance I don't want it. Then he called again with the number[protected] and said you changed your address then I said again I don't want any policy and I was sleeping don't call me again and again you are disturbing me then he said" tere ki main batata hu loan kaise leta hai tere ki toh insurance karana hi padega" then I said ki you harassing me like calling again and again and forcing me to take the insurance then I cut the call.Then again he called me from another number[protected] then he said"tere ki toh main dikhata hu Teri gaand Marta hu abhi saale tujhe batata hu loan kaise Lete hai" .He abused me and threatened me to ruined my record, is this the way an executive will talk to a customer if I don't want anything how can they force us It's completely blackmailing and may be he will harm me somewhere.I am complaining you to take some action against this. If there is something wrong I get from this in future then I will go in court. This is not good to call people and threatened them to buy your product .I want some strict action against it. I am attaching the screenshot of call timing with this mail.
