Sir, I have purchased a HP Laptop with Loan Agreement No. 456DTB[protected] Dated 31/12/2018 . I have paid all EMIs in due time every month and received No Dues Certificate on 28/10/2019. (copy attached her) After issue NO DUES CERTIFICATE it is not fair and very regretful that you have debit Rs. 217/- on 16/01/2020 and Rs. 217/- on 16/01/2021. I have contact my Bank to solve but they tell that to ask you for intimate to Bank for stop ECS. So pl. take needful action accly. and refund my total amount Rs. 234/- with interest at earliest. My complaint not resolved till date i.e. as under
