[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — unauthorized loan approval / unethical trade practices | |
I have received a message from your stating that a loan of Rs.14, 90, 500/- is approved and that a disbursal of Rs.14, 43, 064/- shall be made to me within 72 hours. In first place, I never applied for any loan, I was conveyed that an overdraft limit is being sanctioned and not the loan but details state that that its a five year loan with first installment being due on 02/05/2018. Also so many charges have been stated in the breakup which was never told to me for getting the overdraft limit, except processing charges of 2%. The disbursal of above loan is not made and I want to get the same stopped immediately. I dont want this to proceed. I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the shoddy trade practices being employed. Was this information helpful? | |
