Bajaj Finserv — unblock rbl bank platinum credit card

I am Dr ELANGOVAN, I have made the rbl bank platinum credit card payment 10 days back, my rbl credit card is still blocked, I am unable to do the transaction, I have spoken to the rbl bank credit card customer care executives but no response till now. I want my rbl bank credit card to be immediately unblocked, I am unable to do the transactions, I want you to activate my rbl credit card immediately
