Bajaj Finserv — Unknown Deduction From BANK

Sir,
My name is SHYAM KUMAR. I'm a bajaj finserv customer since 2016. I haven't any complaints till yesterday. Yesterday, my registered bank account related bajaj finserv is debited RS. 707/- as "CMP Mandate Debit". I haven't any pending dues till yesterday due to insufficient balance and asper RBI Moratorium. All my emi deducted from my account time to time. After I informed bajaj finserv team about this unexpected deduction through email, they replied me that they deducted for Health EMI card. And they also blocked/cancelled the card. And telling that the fees deducted cannot be refunded. I don't even registered or activated such plans yet. I don't even seen their offers too. They are activating and cancelling, but the money is ours. This is for your kind information and needful action.
