Bajaj Finserv — unwanted bounce charge after paid emi in advance

I have loan with bajaj finserv (Customer id[protected] and i used to pay emi rs.3333/- normally in advance by the mode of customer portal. But this time paid on 28.02.19 (Emi-4) through online axis banking. As per normal procedure of bajaj finserv the customer who paying advance paying option between 25 to 30 of date it will be adjusted on upcoming month) but unfortunately i have been charged bounce charge by bajaj finserv rs.450/- even after paid. I have raised complaint to bajaj finserv customer care [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but there are asking to pay bounce charge. Never get any kind of proper response from them.
