Bajaj Finserv — Unwanted promotional calls and SMSs

I frequently get messages and calls from Bajaj Finserv to apply for the credit cards. I have not subscribed to this and I need help as I am disturbed by this. Calls come at random hours and every time I block the numbers I get a call from a different number.
For eg. I received this message on 5th Feb, 2023
