Bajaj Finserv — wrong charges deducted by bajaj finserv as inactive fee of emi card which never delivered to me

This is to bring to your notice that without informing me my account has been auto debited for rs.117-/ as card inactive fee from bajaj finserv but i have already sent a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 21st oct ‘2016 regarding non receipt of my emi card then to i was charged for card inactive fee.
Please de - activate my emi card which i have never ever received from bajaj finserv so that in future i will not penalised for service which i have not used at all and kindly refund my amount.
I have already sent mail my service request number is – sr18143874.
My loan account details are as follow.

Updated by Sammy07 Still awaiting for refund of my charges from Bajaj finserv i have already confirmed through Email to block my EMI card (which i have not received till data) and process my refund of charges deducted wrongly by Bajaj finserv.
