[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Xperia z3 repair claim not finalized and given even after one month | |||||
I havr purchased Xperia z3 mobile from authorized outlet of Sony through bajaj finserv and also taken extended earranty policy of 3 years. Now my phone is not working correctly battery drains too fast and touch not works sometimes. I have givem phone to service centre they given me estimate of repair and I submitted that to the surveyor come to me through customer care complaint of bajaj extended policy on 20th July 2016 But till date no claim war approved or rejected and I m not able use my phone which I bought @51000 rupees. help me to resolve issue.
