I had first contacted area sales mgr mr. Ashish jha on 14.1.20 over whatsapp and indicated to him that i want to close my existing relationship with bajaj housing finance due to 2 reasons i. E. Compulsory insurance sold, high interest rate, and bad servicing. For which i was made to wait for over 2 weeks and in the end had to raise a request to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 04.02.20 as i was not receiving any support from their end. However since writing numerous mails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in am yet to receive the desired documents so that i can live peacefully without worrying whether my request would be attended by bajaj or not. I humbly request that was i wrong to wait for the area manager to help me with the lod, could he not have guided me correctly on the first instance. Was i wrong to write to wecare who has a tat of 10 days and grievance redressal team a tat of 5 days and customer experience head of 2 days and still keep waiting.
I really request bajaj to give me my documents urgently and help me in closing the transferring my loan to a company who will understand my need and service me better without any false commitments or keeping their customers on a rider.
I humbly request all of you to action on my case asap.
