Dear Sir,
I brought the above products through online on the above date along with one year extended warranty.
On 27th Oct we installed the item in bathroom but not in working condition. So we complained your customer care on 1st Nov. 2021, call no. KUN [protected]-1, your service man attended he opened the products and repaired. This means the product is already complained the product before using, there for he opened and repaired the same.
Again it was complained and phone to your customer care on 31st Dec.2021 vide call no KUN[protected]-1 and the same service man came the next day and rectified the issue.
Again the products got complained on 3rd March 2022 vide call No. KUN[protected]-1, and again complained to customer care and the same person came on 05. 03. 2022 and rectified the problem. Today at 6.15 pm I have taken some hot water ( Approx. 4-5 Ltr.) even after stopping the water supply the geaser kept on burning, we were unable to switch it off.
The cylinder was kept in Balcony and we were unable to turn off immediately, I had a narrow escape from the bathroom and turn off the cylinder. The house was filled with smoke and bad smell. My wife is an Asthma patient and had to suffer a lot because of this.
I am worried what would have happened to my children if they were in place.
On 3rd March the product was not working, I informed the customer care and other upper level staff and requested them to replace the products because from the beginning we are facing lot of problems with it.
As per my request on 3rd complaint customer care give your senior person no. for upper level complained her no.is [protected]. Dramatically she told me that she is not the right person for this type case(then why should the customer care given the number to me for wasting our time??? She tell me that Haryana head is one other person and his no. is [protected] and call to him and complained. Yes I have called to this person and told that is possible to change the product and installed to new one and back to my money because I am your one of the customer and I believe I can ask to change the complained products and or back to my money, because you not given the products in free of cost. He told me that “I am not in the correct person for attending the complained even change the products or back to money. If the person is not responsibility why should give his no. to me?
