Hi, I had ordered a Frozen Pull Me Up Cake on September 16, 2021 for my daughters birthday on September 24, 2021. The cake was delivered on Sep 24th at around 1145 am and looked beautiful and my daughter could not wait to cut it. She cut the cake at around 1pm only to realise that the 1kg cake had around half kg of a cream mound over it and after taking the first bite she claimed she did not want to eat it. When we all tasted it, it tasted weird. It was disheartening to see the kids being disappointed at not being able to eat the cake. We had to cancel our dinner plans booked through Dineout because my daughter had a upset stomach after this. When i contacted Bakingo's customer care on Sep 24th, was asked what time the cake was cut and then no response. I contacted them again today and asked them to collect the cake and check for its quality but they stated that as a service gesture they would deliver a cake free of cost for the next occasion and refused to share their address as well. Why will i avail of their services when they have already ruined one occasion? Writing this so that no other customer faces such issue with them. I do not want to avail their services ever again. Please help get a refund
