My order no is 2191264 which i had order and paid already they didnt delivered my order and and sent the notification that the cake is delivered . When i called the costumer care the agreed their mistake and then told me that they will deliver it with in 30 mins after 1 hour i again called if they again told me that the rider is on the way n u will shortly receive the order . Now they are not receiving the calls and they are showing that they had attempted the delivery . They are changing the status time by time . I need my money back and a strong action against them .

Myself Pradeep Sharma ordered a Cake and a Greeting Card online with complete advance payment today (2nd Aug'23) for same day delivery between 3pm to 5pm at my office address (Noida, Sector 60). It was comfirmed online that both the items will be delivered in the given time slot. Their tracking mechanism was showing that it's on the way and will be timely delivered but it did not happen till 5pm. I started chasing them on WhatsApp & calls, they told me at 5:10pm that it is about to reach in next 5-7 minutes but again at 5:30pm I called them and got the same message and this time they gave me excuse of heavy rain whereas there was no rain at that time. Finally after waiting I got the parcel at 6pm and it was not complete as only Cake was there and Greeting Card was missing. As it was my office and our office gets close at 5:30pm, most of the colleagues/team members were gone by that time. It was Birthday of our Sales Head and I was really shameful & embarrassed as because of this delay & incomplete delivery I was having no answer.

I urge you all to please take strict action against all casual & indiscipline employees and I assure you that I will never order to Bakingo now onwards and will ensure I spread this as maximum as possible.

My question to Bakingo :

Is this your service in NCR/Metro Town and that also in same town within few kilometres area ?
How you can deliver incomplete order after taking complete payment in advance ?

Yesterday morning my kids had ordered a cake from Bakingo order no 2004910, in the gesture to surprise me on mother's day.
They purchased the cake sharing their own pocket money of Rs.700. With horrible services Bakingo delivered the cake around 11.30 pm. Waiting long for the entire day they later gave up and made a cake by themselves and slept.
With our surprise the cake delivered was so pathetic that in anguish we would have dump it. But as this is what my kids had planned so...
But shame on Bakingo.
Guys u r the gifting company and this is what u guys are delivering.
Seems like time for rise and fall of Bakingo.

I ordered a cake and few things from bakingo timing was today 10 pm to 11pm on 13 Feb 2023..they have delivered yet it's 11.20, my order id-1852806

their executive promised till 11.15 but now they are not picking calls
i want my refund of 877 rupees

I ordered a cake on Bakingo on my anniversary spending 1700+ for fruit cake which was my biggest mistake. As soon I opened the cake there was this rotten smell of fruits and when I saw the fruits that were on top of the cake, they were not consumable. The quality of the cake was also worst and the only thing which can be done with the cake was to throw it away. I raised complaint with Bakingo but of no use. Nobody helped...

Bakingo- one of the first ever worst experience I could say I have had with your company! It was my husband's birthday, like every wife I wanted to give him a surprise by ordering a cake from your team! I guess that was the worst decision ever made by me by choosing bakingo for the surprise! Instead of making him happy your cake ruined or birthday celebration mood! I was literally out of words to even express for what was expected and what we had received in return! We are lovers of cheese cake, we have had the best of the cheese cake, till date! Your so called cheese cake was not even near to the taste what was expected, iam not even talking about the looks here, let me make it very clear! It was the horrible taste in the name of the cheese cake you are fooling the people! It is just the wipped cream which is nicely whipped and set and made as a cheese cake! The biscuit Base used as well was not up to the mark to hold the cake as it has to be!
I wanted a midnight delivery! For which they charged me 250 rupees and then the guy came early and says! He was already on the way which was way early than the expected time or says your order shall be cancelled By the team . The moment we said, we have paid extra amount for the delivery at the midnight! The guy changed the plan and sits somewhere and delivers the cake by 11:10 and leaves. We have spoken to couple of call center guys kunal and extra..who just transferred us to the store person where the cake was returned as it is! And till now I haven't got any response from anyone or any refund is been done for the amount paid this is very very disappointing! U already ruined our birthday mood and on the top of it no one is even bothered to even check back to what is our concern! One of the worst experiences in my life with related to the cake this is! U pay huge amount and u don't get to even taste the cake on the birthday! What a worst experience one can have! Claps that u guys have ignored this matter completely!

Hi, I had ordered a Frozen Pull Me Up Cake on September 16, 2021 for my daughters birthday on September 24, 2021. The cake was delivered on Sep 24th at around 1145 am and looked beautiful and my daughter could not wait to cut it. She cut the cake at around 1pm only to realise that the 1kg cake had around half kg of a cream mound over it and after taking the first bite she claimed she did not want to eat it. When we all tasted it, it tasted weird. It was disheartening to see the kids being disappointed at not being able to eat the cake. We had to cancel our dinner plans booked through Dineout because my daughter had a upset stomach after this. When i contacted Bakingo's customer care on Sep 24th, was asked what time the cake was cut and then no response. I contacted them again today and asked them to collect the cake and check for its quality but they stated that as a service gesture they would deliver a cake free of cost for the next occasion and refused to share their address as well. Why will i avail of their services when they have already ruined one occasion? Writing this so that no other customer faces such issue with them. I do not want to avail their services ever again. Please help get a refund

Hello team,

On 15th december 2019, my wife had ordered the half kg cake from bakino for my birthday. We open the cake at midnight in front of our guests, we served the cake and when we taste it, cake base was very hard and it was simply coated with the sugar, we throw the served cake and half cake is still in my fridge. I logged the complain with bakino and after many time discussion they agreed cake was not good and they will gave me the points. I asked for my money (636) which i paid for cake and from last 3 days no one is responding over the emails.

They cheated me and now they are not responding over the emails/phone calls.

I need my hard earned money back. Still i have the cake in my fridge, will throw it today.

I have the complete email chain and what's app messages. Please let me know if you want that as well.
