Balaji Honda — Bargain from customer reg

Sir, I m Mini kumari purchasing a Honda activa 6G on and deliverd on 14.7.21 since I booked on 30.6.21 with condition that 0% interest finance from sriram finance and agreed the amount of 22, 500/- on installment 2500/- per month up to 9 month, but after delivery the finance company called me that your EMI amount 2025/- per month up to 12 month. In this regard all ready I pay extra amount to balaji hona waltex road branca of 3100/- rupees for dicumention charge of finance with condition that there are no any extra interest since the finance is 0%interest rate. Hence the variation of dealing with costumer by your staff is very worst and my extra amount will be deducted by sriram finance of 2000/-. After that I several time try to contact you staff through mobile they did not respond, hence kindly look the matter, please.
