I gave my Activa 6g special edition for 3rd free service on 27.01.2021, but when receiving the vehicle after service I got disappointed like in the free service they have to water wash the vehicle but they washed it but not clearly and decently like the vehicle was dusted here and there as it is when I gave for service in morning. And even the customer sevice was not good like if we come for free service they don't even give importance to the sevice. Like they have only value for the customers who pay and service. Even I paid rupees 1140 for my 3rd free service but was like waste of money.

I am given Honda Grazia Activa on 24/11/2021 for Front wheel Madgaar complaint with (Job Card no-7086).The Staff told me that said Madgaar Clamp have stock & Will be ready the Next day means 25/11/2021.But Till today I have not received any call from Balaji Honda for Activa Delivery.Today I called for Delivery & they are saying that Activa is not ready yet Because they didn’t have Clamp Stock.Wat a disgusting response & Worst Service for Delivery.They didn’t know whether they have any Spares or not only they are Money making & Fooling the Valuable Customers.plz do something regarding this Issue..Balaji Honda is at Wall Tax road., Chennai-600001. Sir, I m Mini kumari purchasing a Honda activa 6G on and deliverd on 14.7.21 since I booked on 30.6.21 with condition that 0% interest finance from sriram finance and agreed the amount of 22, 500/- on installment 2500/- per month up to 9 month, but after delivery the finance company called me that your EMI amount 2025/- per month up to 12 month. In this regard all ready I pay extra amount to balaji hona waltex road branca of 3100/- rupees for dicumention charge of finance with condition that there are no any extra interest since the finance is 0%interest rate. Hence the variation of dealing with costumer by your staff is very worst and my extra amount will be deducted by sriram finance of 2000/-. After that I several time try to contact you staff through mobile they did not respond, hence kindly look the matter, please.

In my Grazia bike i gave paid service in your washermenpet main branch service centre i told self start is not working and then they cal me and told battery complaint sir. We need to change your battery so i told them to change new battery they changed and gave warrenty card but the same complaint yesterday same complaint self is not working, headlights are not glowing and also horn is not working.
Now I can't to give that bike to service centre because it's not getting started otherwise I need to drag that bike to your service centre for 10kms.
Pls give me any solution for this.

Poor service on 29/11/2019 i gave my bike to service in blalji honda erukkanchery they changed the front wheel bearing but that is not properly done bill, no. Tn01bb[protected] amount rs. 2495. Because of that on 30/11/2019 i fell down while driving the bike in sholavaram near karnodai the front wheel bearing broken and wheel jamed on the road lukly there is no vechile behind. I changed the bearings in the nearby mechanic shop they said that the service center staff has not fixed the bearings properly and i paid rs 300/- for changing the bearing please take necessary action thankyou.

Hi I bought new Honda hornet 160 in may2016 from Old washermenpet Chennai Honda showroom. I done 2 free services but your service not Good.Always have starting problem and petrol leaking problem. Some times my bike not starting . So I went to near Honda showroom in old washermenpet .yesterday we give me bike on 01/12/2016 but today i have issue the same problem .particular this problem i have accident today .Not expected this from honda company. it very poor service in old washermenpet show room in chennai. Only bike only month old and 3500 km running please do the needful thank you.

Hi I have purchased HOnda Aciva 3g edition from Balaji honda.For the 3rd free service the day was 10/11/2015.. Due to floods in chennai we cant able to go in time . AFTER 15 days we went they said its full come after two three days, Then again flood in chennai so it is delayed.Today when i went they saying cant take the vehicle for service and talking harshly.They saying to skip 3rd service and leave the vehicle for 4th service.My vehicle is just 3926 kms driven. Place :Balaji Honda Broadway. Person name : Lal Where shall i do for this.Can u provide us a solution.

i am purchasing the honda shine in balaji honda (thiruvottiyur) at the first time my millage is 64km / L after 1st service in balaji honda my bike millage is only 43 km / L . the are not give responding me and the thifting all good quality spares after reuse to new spare .... please do not give the bike in balaji honda service centers ...
