Garbage collector of our area don't come on time and run quickly without taking garbages from anyone's house when someone ask him to stop or anything he ask for extra money for doing his duty, and also talks in a very rude manner and foul language.
Drains are clogged and drainage water enters back to the house, but the cleaner visits once a month and doesn’t do his job well.
Please suggest what should we do? Should we start throwing garbage on road side.
This is something serious and immediate action should be taken against this.

Respected Madam/Sir,
We, the residents of Magistrate Baggan would like to draw your kind attention towards the already deteriorated condition of Magistarate Bagan located just behind the Super Market / Liluah Co-operative Bank in ward number 66 of Howrah/Bally Municipal Corporation in your Assembly. We are writing this letter in deep pain on the already deteriorated condition of our locality, Magistarate Bagan, one of the largest and densely populated colony of Liluah / Howrah district. Before writing this letter to you, we have intimated many times to the local authority/office, not once but many times about the continuously deteriorating condition of the said colony in the last 2 years but failed to understand the reason for complete negligence of the colony and its residents. Today Magistrat Baggan has turned into a DUSTBIN Garbage* is lying everywhere. This colony today lacks every basic facility like (Cleaning of waste water drainage line, Some places Street Light, some places Drinking Water Taps, Road garbage Cleanliness and, Roads repairing etc.) required to live peacefully and safely. Some Street lights are in dead condition. There are some roads in some parts of the colony that in damaged condition badly and some areas are still waiting for many years for repairing. Drainage system of the waste water line is in very poor and bad condition or this would be good to say this colony lacks water Drainage System, every time the waste line drainage is fill with dirty water, and because of this there is huge water logging during the rainy season which creates horrible situations for small kids and elderly men and women. Recently many resident of the colony very badly affected due to water logging during rain and it lethal impact in the form of DENGU and MALARIA. The situation is alarming now and residents are not in a position to suffer anymore as something wrong might happen in the near future. Most surprising thing is that neither local Municipal Officials nor your local councillor have been showing any interest in improving the situation. Reason may be best known to him. You are requested to personally look into the situation as we have lost faith in the local councillor/ward office because of his negligence and useless comments in the recent past which we cant mention here when some Ladies members visited his office during "Durga Puja" to intimate the whole situation. Hope you will understand the whole situation and take necessary steps to improve the situation of the society to make a suitable place to live in. further if your goodself requires the photos of the locality's present situation, we can send the same upon your reply.

Myself Sumit Datta residence of Bally municipality. We are facing a lot trouble for drinking water leakage on road in our locality. Waters are overflowing for leakage at underground and entire Drainage system is blocked. Kindly look into this issue as its causing lot of trouble for us.

In our locality it is very common to not take our daily garbages from our house..The man is absent for many days so it is very hard to clean our locality clean

I am the resident of East Sapuipara, Bally Landmark Near Ram Singh Khatal. The drainage system here is in very pathetic condition and Water is also overflowing and the dengu mosquitos are being all over. The smell of the drainage system is very abnormal.
Please look into this matter for the betterment of living people.

There are a dog who crying and don't go anywhere and chasing passerby .

I had several communication earlier since 2017. I am so unfortunate to raise this small issue again in year 2021 and then now in Year 2022 to you as this rainy season again "condition is extremely bad with no improvement" for following reason:

Poor Drainage System: The Sanitation is very bad here. The Roads here are not swept regularly and people are throwing their garbage (bags, plastic, pet ###) in drain without permission. Foul smell arising from it and it is a place of mosquitoes breed now. So, there are increased chance of people getting sick from Malaria, Dengue and COVID 19 infection.

Partial Road Construction: One side road is constructed only, which causing heavy water logging. Eventually entire street looking like drain during heavy rain. Which is now become new landmark as "nale wali Gali" near Lakhan badi"

This is to inform you that here at 21/3 Dr. P. N. Ghosh road Bally Howrah opp young star club - 711201 the said address road condition is very bad and damage due to CESE ecectric maintenance they have dig the road and after the completion of CESE work. Now our road is highly damage and its difficult to walk.
Around 10 to 15 feet road is damage due to CESE work at our address. Here we have cemented road not pitch road . So it easy to repair .

Therefore i request you to make the road as early as possible

I am Mr Swapan Bera resident at 10/2 kumar para lane, Liluah Howrah 711204, Do here by application to you that I have been received a notice from you.
I here by inform you that there are no any drain system of the Municipality in our premises.
Now the Municipality drains water overloaded and has been floated in our house. Our premises always floated in the drain water for the eight month in a year. In this time no any visitor or municipal staff do not visit here in the situation.

SO, You are kindly do request to you that firstly done the clear Municipality drain after than deliver notice by you.

I faced a problem while dealing with Hip replacement patient, the medical stores in Belur Bazar doesn't open from morning 7 am they are open from 10 am, which is absolute non sensical. What measures would you take to keep atleast one medical store open 24 hours on rotation in a week . Otherwise no point of medical store with some holicks and sanitary pads .

Garbage has been dumped by nuisance creators of this area since 15th April, 2022. However, no municipal van has visited the lane to collect the garbage which is now emitting foul smell and has also become breeding ground of mosquitoes. Please send someone to clean the dumped garbage.

I Smt Sikha Mukherjee wants to inform you that my neighbour construct illegal construction in Common place.I and my family are suffering lots of problem for that.We informed Bally Municipality lots of time but no action has been taken

I, Sikha Mukherjee, residing at 59/18 Dewangazi Road, Bally Howrah.Near Pathak Para Durga Mandir.Sir I have been staying there last 30 years with my family.There is no proper drainage system in my household.Now a days I am facing a very big problem to removal of excess water due to unavailability of drainage.
If you kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to solve this issue, I will be grateful to you.

Building Sanction Plan Having No 31/B.P.539 dated[protected] Sanctioned on[protected] is required by the bank for home loan I had visited many times to your concern officer but he refused to provide the same he stated that they had not records upto year 2010 so they cannot provide the said plan of 27 Abhoy Guha Road Howrah

I have been visiting the office daily for my building sanction plan. They say that they wont be able to provide any plan before 2010. I need building’s legal paper for banking purpose but they have refused to help in any form.

Drainage System Cleaning is very poor in our locality. Kindly do the needful.

It is really difficult to focus on work in such an environment where you cant even concentrate. All time dogs are barking, day night everytime. We are not able to sleep, not able to do our work in such an environment. Its effecting health of people as out sleep is getting disturbed. Kindly take action on this.

It is becoming so hard to concentrate on work or take rest in such a environment. Street dogs are becoming such a cause for disturbance that we cant even do our work peacefully and not even sleep. There are aged people around also, their health is also effecting because of such a bad surrounding. Kindly take action on this.
