Dear Sirs

I really feel very upset in writing this complaint for the first time but under very intolerable conditions. I have been staying for years in the current address but never fell bad as I am feeling presently, its all just because of the garbage lying infront of my home more than 5 months and it has now turned into a garbage dump yard. It all started when some resident from our own society started throwing garbages. It has became garbage dump yard for the locality. As a regular tax payer I have right to stay in a hygienic atmosphere.
The place has been stinging smelling foul, all kinds of insects, wastages like sanitary napkins, baby huggies and then dogs tearing away with garbage bags and spreading on road etc. Is the present situation.
My kids my family and entire people living near it are more near to get unhealthy in the course of time.
I humbly request to look into the matter seriously and take speedy action to the matter.

Being Dengue at spike in WB we really feel unsafe with the current situation

I have been staying for more than 40yrs in the current address but never fell bad as I am feeling presently, its all just because of the garbage lying infront of my home over than 3 weeks and it has now turned into a garbage dump yard. It all started when some contractors started to clean the plants grown in the pond infront of our house and all most over the entire boundary of the Thakurpukur pond, to make it in your notice that every where the plants are removed and transported to some other place but the first place infront of my house is still untouched and the place has became garbage dump yard for the locality. As a regular tax payer I have right to stay in a hygienic atmosphere.
The place has been stinging smelling foul, all kinds of insects, wastges like sanitary napkins, baby huggies and then dogs tearing away with garbage bags and spreading on road etc. Is the present situation. Last year also same thing happened but I personally spend money and removed the garbage which is the work of corporation. And planted fee plants thinking Swach Bharat Abiyan. But looking every morning outside my window takes me to the slum dwelling area.
My kids my family and entire people living near it are more near to get unhealthy in the course of time.
I humbly request to look into the matter seriously and take speedy action to the matter.

Ref: At Gadadhar Bhatta Road Bhattanagar, Near Bhattanaga-Esplande Mini bus stand, Liluah, Dist- Howrah (WB) 711203.

Despite of very large size drains running along the road, in case of slight heavy rainfall for about 15-20 mins water gets accumulated inside house premises due to blocked drains, also sewage water along with drain water are entering into water storage tank.
Although the drains are cleaned occasionally but due to the blockage of drain end, water are not flowing in the drains as it is designed for.

Requested to please get all the drains cleaned to avoid such poor situations.

The sweeper who collects the garbage is not coming since one month. In the address 16/1 Pannalal Basak Lane, Liluah Howrah. The garbage is disposed sideways which can cause numerous disease who will be responsible for that . Please look into the matter.

Dear sir

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my society, royal enclave (North), 18, dr a. N. Pal lane, bally, howrah, ward no -51.

Mr gopal collects garbage from our society from last 6-7 years. He has always been very irregular and absent in his work. Of late, he is coming only once or twice in a week and only collects very little garbage. Whenever we wanted to talk to him, he had always been very rogue in his behaviour and challenged us to do whatever we feel like. We had been paying him separately to ensure that we get his services properly. But even that has failed.

Needless to say that the garbage continuously and consistently accumulating for 4-5 days is creating lot of hygiene issue in our society. We tried to speak to time tech person, whose number is - [protected]. But even that has not helped.

As such we are making a formal complaint to you and are really optimistic of your kind intervention for an expeditious solution to the problem which we are facing.

The road stretch from belur station to g. T road is awful with pot holes and drainage cover deep inside. Due to bad road the e rikhshaw driver drive very carelessly changing lanes. I personally have been into many accidents due the e rikhshaw taking a sudden turn due to bad roads. My personal vehicle (Honda livo) has damaged front suspension due to the deep down drainage covers.
I would like you to see into these matter seriously

I would like to draw attention towards the pandemic monkey menace in our locality; recently these monkeys came into our complex too, parents are afraid to send their children in complex playground, the worst part is that they don't change their places easily once they start getting enough supplies of food.

I appeal to concerned authorities to take some action about the menace happening in our complex, hooghly residency, 247, g. T. Road, liluah 711204.

Here i like to inform you that i am going to complain in rto that the people who are responsible to collect waste from bally muncipallity are collecting waste from near by and are putting all wastage on the road near by building which is at 4 ganpat rai khemka lane, liluah, howrah which is making full road dirty and many disease are spreading due to such waste and neither the people can walk through the road and type of insect are comming from such waste although there is other place authorised for such wastage but the people of bally municipality are not going there and throwing waste over here which lead to many several disease
So i though before complaining to rto and other higher authorities i like to inform you and i hope that you will not take the matter litely and take immediate action on such matter it is my duty so informed you and after a 7 (Seven) day if no action is take then i will take a action

At january 2019 municipality made the road the ganpath rai khemka lane, liluah, howrah, ward number 65.

But after raining, the water is not properly draining in front of my house.in this situation randheer singh, who lives opposite my house, address is 1/21, ganpath rai khemka lane, liluah, howrah, interfere on this road personally. Try to makes the road high in front of his house.
For that other side road is down and badly damaged.

We are suffering very badly. My father 65 years old and my mother is arthritis patient.

I, mriduchhanda das, also live here, am requesting you to make a proper enquiry and kindly take a proper step and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Roads from bally jora-aswatthatala vidyalaya to bally station as well as bally bazaar is completely in bad condition. The road is filled with many pit holes. The tar road is completely destroyed. All the people as well as students are facing difficulty while commuting through this way. Because of the pit holes people travelling by small rickshaw, toto as wells four wheeler are getting the back pain. People are even facing difficulty to walk as well. Tar road cannot been seen, it is filled with brick road only. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter. Few paths are even filled with garbage waste also. Please look into the cleaniness of surroundings as well. Since it is near school we need to take proper care or else children may fall sick of many infectious diseases. Please look into this matter before the rains make it a nightmare to the commuters.

The GT road near Ballykhal is causing a tremendous problem to the people as it is completely broken for several days. It's becoming annoying day by day. Every public or private transport are getting stuck together, creating a mass jam at any time of the day. Two wheeler vehicles likely to be more risky as it's impossible to avoid the demolished road poured with rain water. We the people expecting a solution immediately before occurring any kind of accident or casualty.

This is to bring to your notice that if we are paying and using the municipality toilets it should be kept clean n hygienic. But it's very sad to see that it's not at all cleaned properly n zero maintenance. I am sure that if you pay for something u should also get the service accordingly. The toilets are for emergency purpose which can be used by anyone.
So it's an earnest request to maintain it clean & hygienic for a safe environment.

My name is bhargab bhaduri, staying in 1 mohendra bagchi road, bally howrah, landmark near to rashbari. My father mr. Bireswar bhaduri is te landlord of the property where currently we are staying and other than us 10-13 family are staying in the same building (Hansaraj apartment). Other than us, none of them are paying property tax quite a long time. My parents repeatedly visited each of the family and asked to do mutation but none of them has come forward to do so and had insulted my parents. Being a son and as a sincere citizen of bally, i would not tolerate this irregularities. If you or anyone of your department visit our society, i can provide you all documents in support of what i have written over here. It is a loss in revenue for government and it should not happen. I would request you to take a strict action as early as possible.

I'm a resident of vishnu vatika in belur, howrah.
There were about a few dogs in out society but people have been complaining about them biting them and even though there is no proof but the municipal corporation people have removed the dog leaving behind 2 pups without their mother. Is this some kind of justice? No dog would do anything until provoked.
Let me tell you all those stupid madwadi people and their kids they know...

I am a resident of bally sricharan sarani. Since long i have been complaining regarding non removal of garbage from locality. The road connecting bally station to ballykhal via bally jute mill is in horrible condition. Garbages are dumped everywhere leaving the place dirty and dingy. Foul smell is everywhere. It is becoming impossible for the people to move in the area. Please do the needful at earliest.

Garbages are not picked up regularly leaving the place dirty and dingy like anything. Everyday loads of garbages are dumped on the road but not cleared. Mosquitoes are breeding on the ground like anything due to which diseases are spreading widely. It is my earnest request to look into the matter as early as possible.

Sir i am a resident of your municipality at ward no 57, ghoses lane near lalbaba college. Of late it has been observed tremendous increase of mosquitoes in our area. The mosquito repellent gun is badly rather critically required in this area in oder to avoid dengue and other life threatening diseases.
Hence it is earnestly requested to spray /smoke guns in our area. On a good note your efforts are highly appreciable regarding awaring people regarding precautions from mosquitoes and different diseseases.

For last 10 days garbages are dumped just before our residental complex and no one bothers to clear it. Things are getting worse in monsoon season. Mosquitoes and flies are breeding like anything. Moreover we cannot move freely because of the bad odor. Please do something as early as possible.

The dumped garbages are not picked up regularly from their places and they remain deposited, creating unhygienic conditions. We request you to seriously have a check on this matter and solve the issue as early as possible.
