Sir i am jayanta bag, son of chhabi rani bag, my house holding number 2/2 jaya bibi road, belur howrah. Unfortunately our beside holding premises established one unnatural bathroom. Just like public toilet in our windows side, dangerous smell from this toilet. And we are feeling sick ness to this toilet smell. My to small baby and my wife our totally harassing from this matter. Hello sir, we (Datta bari ) are facing a severe problem due to our nabour flat. There is a multistory construction hapening next to our house . They have done dip digging at there site which has led to damage of our well badly due to mixing if mud in water stream also water level of our well has depleted .
After repeated request to the owner there has been no measure taken by them to rectify this condition. Please take necessary action against the builder and check if they have necessary approvals to do so . This has led no water at our house.

We (Datta Bari ) are very surprised to see that how come Bally municipality give them approval which damaging our society . We need immediate action against this step and proper compensation .

Respected sir, I Nadar Masanamuthu residing in room no 307 valnai colony orlem malad west Mumbai -64 near my society there is an school HEBRON ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL principal is Mr. Manickam he has started constructing third floor in his school which is in residential area and he is doing it without proper permission for government officials i am giving this complaint on behalf the members of RAHUL WELFARE SOCIETY and from all the students of the school that the construction is highly risky and which could lead to major accidents. this school does'nt have emergency exit door that is for 1200 students there is only one entry and the same is exit. I kindly request you to take action in this matter as soon as possible since the consequence would be worse if the accident occurs. thanking you

I am the 1/2 owner of 27, Lala Babu Shire Road, Belurmath, Dist Howrah 711202 and also Samir Biswas, Bharuti Nandi, Kalpana Ghosh, & Bandana Bhattacharya ( Mira Biswas & Others in Municipal Tax Record) is also consists of half share. and they gave A PERMISSION OF an illegal entity and entrance of LORD SHIVA MANDIR FROM 27 LALA BABU SHIRE ROAD, BELURMATH DIST HOWRAH 711202 which is located on 24, Lala Babu Shire Road P.O. : Belurmath Dist : Howrah - 711202.
Though I have made a 144 (2) Cr. P.C. vide M.P. No. 1627 of 2014 dated 24/09/2014 against Samir Biswas

Hence, I am requesting to municipal authority please took this matter as an urgent and a question how a common passage made without municipal permission? and how the mandir passage of 24 lala babu shire road belur math, Howrah cames to 27 lala babu shire road road belur howrah.

It is to bring your attention to the condition of road and drainage system of belur road, specially the area between matwala chowrasta and dharmotalla. The roads had been replaced by many potholes and the drains are filled with mud and polythene bags.Due to this throughout the year, this road gets logged with drain water. There is no repair of roads in last 5 years. The situation is engraved by regular movement of heavy trucks. This trucks break the roads and drains causing an inhumane living condition for the residents. The wastebins are not cleared and the drains are never de-silted causing blockage of drain and flooding of roads. It is requested that the necessary repair of raods and drains may be taken at the earliest.Also the required action must be taken against defaulters. This area falls under bally municipallity and the ward couyncilloris mr gobindo basu.

I Subodh kumar yadav having residential address-30/C/1,Jheel Road under Bally Municipality like to highlight the problem regarding water logging & sewage disposed by some person without any permission.
In our locality,there are seven residential plot out of which three of them are living including me.After preparation of theJheel Road ,our road(12 foot)level which is joined to it get lowered.Due to this,after the rainfall the road get submerged upto 1.5 foot.As there is no drainage system,there is no change of scenario till today.
Also,some of the person is being felling the sewage & garbage with the help of metedoor vechicle.When I approched to them, they didn't stopped.And told me to do your own business.That's why at last I decide to notice your attention.
So,Please look after this and take some concrete steps .I am waiting for your response as early as possible.

Dear Sir

A 5 ( G+5)storied illegal building has been constructed at 56/3/A Rajen Seth Lane Belurmath Howrah 711202. We are aware that the building has not got the permission for G+5 and forcefully they constructed the building in the said locality which is over populated. The promoter Mr Biswajit Majumder residing nearby at 5 Karuna Pukur Road has bribed the officials at Bally Municipality and constructed the building. he is active partipant of local CPIM party and has few criminals under his belt who assist him in such illegal works.

Very poor peoples leaves in slums located near the building. The building construction seems to be very dangerous and can take away life of many peoples who are rsesiding near by. Te quality of bricks/stone chips/iron materials and cement supplied by criminal turned businessman is very poor. There is a factory which ash very big humber machine due to which nearby building has become weak and foundation of this building is also very weak. New building hardly 2-3 years old with lots of cracks. Nearby is market and building is on the road which is attack to life for trespassers going to market.

The drainage system and waste management have been a failure and the dusty roads and mosquitoes’ menace are adding to the citizens’ plight and so we have demanded corrective measures,

builders indulge into several irregularities like constructing shops in the space earmarked for parking which have created parking chaos in the locality. Lots of criminals are given shelter in that building and local peoples are forced to give donations & subscriptions for pujas.
