I purchased a Baltra induction on October 28, 2023, but there was a defect in the induction. I have a two-year warranty card with me. I filed a complaint, and an engineer responded, but the problem remained unresolved. Since them we are contacting baltra customer care and other contact persons on regular basis but they is no response from their side.
Our word is suffering from past 1.5 months but these people are not even picking call, i bought this induction from shop, and the shopkeeper says he can't do anything; only an engineer from the company can resolve this issue.
I want to get my money refunded back now due to such a worst behavior from baltra, i dont want to continue with any product of this company. Was this information helpful? |
