I have ordered a lehanga worth 1690 from banaras style. They have delivered wrong product and while raising request for return they are asking me to ship on my own to their address and also refund amount will get credit to banaras style wallet only.
They have poor customer care services with only one girl bhavya handing all issues. She seems to be a very junior agent who don't have any privileges to take any action.
The customer care is highly disappointing. I am trying to reach her manager as she is unable to sort my issue out but she keeps denying and on email revert with same thing again and again. Why customer would bear shipment cost for wrong delivery which is fault from the company side.
I request this site should be immediately blocked. As i have seem multiple similar complaints logged by customers. Was this information helpful? |
