I ordered a lehanga worth 1900 and they delivered wrong product which is cheap and low in quality. On asking for refund and return of the product, they are pathetic in their services. I guess they cheat customers by sending wrong products and if they return money, they do it in the wallet.

How are they existing still?

I have ordered a lehanga worth 1690 from banaras style. They have delivered wrong product and while raising request for return they are asking me to ship on my own to their address and also refund amount will get credit to banaras style wallet only.
They have poor customer care services with only one girl bhavya handing all issues. She seems to be a very junior agent who don't have any privileges to take any action.

The customer care is highly disappointing. I am trying to reach her manager as she is unable to sort my issue out but she keeps denying and on email revert with same thing again and again. Why customer would bear shipment cost for wrong delivery which is fault from the company side.

I request this site should be immediately blocked. As i have seem multiple similar complaints logged by customers.

Hello,, i ordered a saree worth of rs. 1300, but i open the packing, i m shocked the saree is totally different from photo which it is shown to us, i m very disappointed after watching this. I called customer support to request for return, first it was received and telephonic conversation is aap mail kar dijiye aapka request within 24 hrs me le liya jayega aur aapko reply aa jayega aur ye aapka registered mobile no. Hai my reply is yes but when i called again after mail it was not received. I called again and again but it was not received. You take stringent action against this company. I want my money back.

Absolutely crap!! They have posted pics probably downloaded from other sites online to make it look genuine - what a delivered was a pathetic cheap material which was no where close in design style or quality to pics shown on site.

Number given is always switched off. When i mailed them they reverted saying self ship the product and refund will be given only in their site wallet as points! Like seriously??? You have the nerve to sell cheap fake stuff and expect people to re order?? And no return pick up... Self shipping where customer has to bear courier cost. Its ridiculous!!

How do such fake sites get advertised on platforms like facebook??

My sister has purchased saree from their facebook ad. Worth rs 1300.

She received very poor quality product. And when she asked for refund, they responded "we are extremely sorry that you didn't like the product and we could not meet your expectations. We will accept the return of the product and the amount will be transferred to your banrasstyle wallet which you can use in the next purchase. We request you to send your product by self-courier at
Address - banrasstyle.com - 112, kuberji textile park - 2, near belgium square, delhi gate, surat. Pincode - 395002. And mention your order number also."

Which is totally unfair.

The kurtis which i placed order for and the product which i received are completely different. The company's return policy says within 3 working days the product should be returned. I have mailed them regarding the issue, but even after two days no reply from them for mail, and contact number mentioned in their facebook page is always switched off.
Please help me to get my money back.

I've ordered 3 products worth rs. 5000/- on credit purchase. It has been more than a month but the product was not delivered. Now they have cancelled the delivery by their own and refund was made of rs. 4000/- on there wallet by as an reward points. Now if i am using banaras style wallet for further purchases then they also wants cash apart from the reward points.

They also tried to call and ask for upi pin.

This is a fraud. I dont understand why such website is still available in the facebook. Dont trust such website https://www.banarasstyle.com/

I ordered a combo of 3 kurtis through their website (Ad on insta). I paid 1390 for the product.
I was shocked to see what i received waas a a very cheap n completely different product from what they had shown. The kurtis are not even worth 100 or 200rs but we paid 1390 for 3 useless kurtis. I emailed them twice but no response.
Please i want to return n get a refund.
Close this company as this is cheating everyone.

I had ordered for 3 combo sarees online through banaras style.
But they sent very cheap and inferior quality sarees instead of original order.
The customer service is not replying and the company mail says that they will not refund cash and i have to send them the parcel through courier on my own cost and after they receive it, they will send me bonus points card through which i can buy some other product within one year.
Please help.

Completely fake!!! I mean seriously... I ordered combo offer which is pack of 4.. Product which i ordered and which i got is completely different... And pls refund my amount else send my exact combo which i have selected. And the quality is soo worst... And the only 1 kurti which i opened it is completely damaged from side. Is this the way you people send cheap quality to buyers... I really haven't expected this way... I also recommended my friend about this banarasstyle site... But after seening this quality never again will recommended it to others.

I purchased srees from banarasstyle.com. The products are very bad in quality and there is no response from them to return the product and the contact no is of no use. They are robbing customers money, very unethical practice. Their returning policy is also not flexible the customers are responsible to send product back if they want to return the product because of poor quality. And they credit amount in valley instead of refund the money to the customers. My strong advice is don't buy any products from them

I ordered a set of 4 kurti’s from this site but the product delivered is so pathetic.. Without any label and all wrong sizes. It is completely different from what i ordered.
This site is fooling people by showing different pictures of the product just to lure customers. This is a crime and will be reported. Kindly do my refund asap!!

They are luring their customers by showing pictures which is absolutely different from what they actually deliver!

I had order a Lehenga vide .Order Number: BS[protected] on 10 Jul 19 with cash on delivery Option. While delivering delivery boy refused to open the packet in front of me and asked me to pay money first.
Later I opened the product to find that It was different from the one I had ordered. Thus, I resorted to contact the company over e-mail for resolution.

They agreed that different product was parceled after seeing the pics and agreed to accept the return.
They asked me parcel the product back to them and they would refund the money in company wallet.

More than 22 e-mail were written to resolve the matter. Initially they had said Rs 150 will be deducted. Then when I asked for fair trade they agreed to return the full amount.

But later they deducted Rs 200 without mentioning anything. Now, only reply I am getting is it is the company policy. Although i have mailed them snapshot of their company policy taken from their mail which states that full refund will be given in case modification or alteration is done at our end.

As per company policy and natural justice full amount was to be refunded as mistake was at their end of sending the wrong product.

However, they deducted Rs 200 as administrative charges which I think is unfair.

Why should i pay for mistake of their?

So many time coplainted to you but my original order items saree not given to me. My order saree code SKU Silk 2025 soft silk yellow colour. But you're sent to me green colour cheepest saree, Rs-899/= only. My order saree Rs-1299/=. So pl check my order and sent to me my order saree. Phone No -[protected]. E mail. As per their advertisement on website, i ordered for 2 nos. Silk sarees worth rs.2500/- and paid the amount online. On receiving the parcel found that both the sarees are very different and cheaper in cost and quality. I complained and returned back to them as per their policy and sent new order for the same earlier sarees. They assured this time i will get the right product. But again supplied very different cheap quality sarees. I again returned the wrong product and asked for payment back. Now they are passing the time for it. They have given only one phone no. Which is busy/unavailable all the time. Everytime different person replies to your mail and make promises. The company seems to be fraud and cheating so many customers same way. They should be prosecuted immediately for cheating people.

My order[protected] for como-3 (K-3008+.. Of rs 1550.00 was delivered on time. But, i didn't like neither quality not fabric. It's totally different from the image shown. I did email for returning this rubbish kurtis as the cost was not more than 100. I have never seen this much cheap quality just like dupatta.in returning email they are saying to return by self at a specified address. Moreover they will deduct rs. 150 as processing charges. Completely fraud company it is. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this site. Mera to jo nuksaan hona tha ho gya.

I ordered a saree from banaras style of rs 1190 on 16th june 2019, which was blue in colour but got a yellow coloured saree... And if mailed, they are asking us to deliver it back to them at our own expense, also deducting rs 150... For their mistake...

I ordered for a silk saree worth 1090 from banaras style online.. I made online prepayment for the product. I received the courier from banaras style but wrong product was delivered. The saree that i received is such a cheap one and the color is horrible.. Not even worth rs 200.. Clear case of cheating. No response on mailing for return and refund.. The contact number given in the website is always switched off.

I have ordered for maroon-colored-soft-silk-saree online from wesite www.banarasstyle.com for Rs.1200 ( cash payment on delivery), yesterday 18th June I have received a totally different saree. Wrote mail mand tried to contact the numbers mentioned on the website but no response. It is hereby requested to use your forum and take criminal action against this company.

Hi.. Banaras style is advertising so much on FB page... don't get dragged to it.. They show you beautiful picture & then send you the waste product... They are fake people & making fool of online buyers...
I ordered a green silk saree as per the web page it looked wow & was on little lower cost .. i ordered it looking at the views of the people... the views were good.. so i ordered but once i ordered everyone went offline.. no mail response no whataspp callas or messages.. nothing worked.. nobody replied... anyhow i got the order after 15 days of ordering & to my shock i received a wrong product.. a local saree worth 200 ... i was totally shocked... i wanted to return the product but no one is responding... can u help me with this please.. any contact no or anyone who can help me in getting my money back... I have ordered from banarasstyle.com and amde the payment. Now there is no response from team. The online reviews on website are also fake and there is no tracking mechanism available. This site is fake and is intended to cheat people. I want my money refund and want to lodge a complaint against this site.

This is in continuation with my previous complaint.. Someone called me apparently from 'banaras style'.. Saying they will refund my money.. He asked me to carry out a process involving exchange of smses, choosing a pin, which number is registered with upi etc, he also asked about debit card details.. Thats when l hang up on him..

He also asked me to take my complaint back.

I am quite sure now.. This is a scam..

By reposing faith in good and superb review in facebook n email, i'd ordered green coloured silk saree for first time but after opening the packing, i was shocked to see that i received yellow coloured third class saree instead of green coloured silk saree.. Not 100percent original product as per advertisement.. Even sent email for return policy since two days but not yet received any reply or response. Even number given is not reachable. Lost my confidence in online shopping..

I had ordered a lehenga from their website (After sign up) costing 1490/- the lehenga which i placed an order for and the lehenga which i received are completely different. The company's return policy says within 3 working days the product should be returned. I have mailed them regarding the issue, but even after two days no reply from them for mail, and contact number mentioned on their facebook page, the website is always switched off or not working. They are not replying my mails and their contact numbers are also fake. There is no way to contact them. Now i want to refund my amount.

This is fake site. I have ordered lehenga on april 27 2019. They delivered within a week with wrong product. Now i have sent email for return pick up. They have whatsapp and phone number. But they are not picking call.

The whatsapp number and website conatct number now its not reachable. I have lost my money. Please some one take action and refund my amount..
