I bought a combo offer of saree, which they showed on their website was work on saree. But the sarees I received was so horrible georgette saree with some cheap border stitched on it. I requested for return, and after sending them the photographs, emails, they accepted to take back the product and refund in the form of wallet money in their site. So I had to courier back the product. For which I spend Rs.250/- and when they refunded in the wallet they removed 200 as handling charges. So I had paid 1700 for the saree, and 250 for courier total 1950/- but i got in the wallet Rs.1490/-. I did not want to keep the money with them so I purchased another saree, but again they showed a silk woven saree, but they sent a cotton blend saree. Only the colours are matching. I dont feel to see it, I dont know how I'll wear it. The same saree was on club factory for 399/- . I'm feeling terrible and cheated. Dont k ow what to do. Dont want to go in the process of returning and getting cheated repeatedly.
