While withdrawing cash from ATM(484334-SBI BAN) on 23.05.17 at 12:18:17 PM, the power went out and the machine shut down. Neither 'Money' nor any 'Mini-Statement' came out yet my balance got deducted. When the power came back, the machine resumed as it was.
'Lodged a complaint (No.4195974) but no further help I received. I feel very helpless now. Was this information helpful? |
