I have been visiting the Bank Branch (Forbesganj) to close my Bandhan Bank account ([protected]) since last 2 months. Bank employees are not closing my closed account ([protected]). I am surrendering my check book, passbook and ATM at my branch.
But still these people are not closing my account.
He is asking me for money to close the account.
Whereas RBI has no role. No amount of any kind can be given to the bank for closing any account.

I request you to close my account as soon as possible because I do not use This account.
