I'm geeta baidik, i was a borrower of bandhan bank, ashoknagar dsc.
My loan was closed on 09/09/2019.
I paid 1.40 lakh including all interests. I paid it on time. But after so many days of re-payment, bandhan bank is still showing that 14, 969 rupees pending on cb cibill.
I launched complaint to national consumer helpline, to bandhan bank and also to rbi.
Still bandhan bank is not willing to clear cb cibill and the manager of dsc is still misbehaving.

So l pay also the last lone amounts, and apply a new lone, after chakeing my credit score, and my eligibility bank call me to a new agreement. Then i go to silchar branch and complete the same. On 12 Nov at 12:13am i am trying to transaction money from one bank to another from the aap Googlepay .the amount will be debited from my account but not credited in another account
Death insurance isn't claim since 2 months of submission. May I request you to please claim my insurance within this week as we're facing a lot of problems and the money which we'll get after claiming the insurance will help us a lot in recovering all the loans that we took. Please kindly do claim our insurance of the nominee Suraj Kumar Borah.

But it is immediately close this account. Because the bank manager misbehave me. The bank manager bribe 2000 rupees to me. But i was denied to gave him bribe, the bank manager used bad language and instantly clouse my account.

I tried transaction of 10000 on Nov.19, around 4p.m., from ATM of BANDHAN BANK at kankarbagh colony, Patna.No amount was thrown out of ATM but the above mentioned amount has been deducted from my Account. 39346 is the last five digit of my Account number.Customer care of the bank is not attending to my calls.WHAT AM SUPPOSED TO DO NOW ?

My mother was an loanee of bandhan bank she takes a personal loan of from bank, in half of the repayment time she got died and we stop paying that installment their executive comes to us and assured that if you fill all installment we release your insurance settlement we complete all installment and claim for the insurance but from last one year bank didn't give any claim to us and now they asking for insurance policy no. They never share that policy no. To us, and the worst part is there is no single man responsible their always we meet a new person and he/she just promise us to help, nothing will happen.

for insurance claim

My mother & father taken loan from bandhan bank of 70k with loan id.[protected] which is also insured, loan taken in 2017, installment is taken weekly on every friday. We are giving all the installments in time but unfortunately my father passed on 26th june 2018 and due to sudden tragedy happens in our family we are facing many financial problems after that. According to insurance terms we are not suppose to & also not able to give further installment and their executive also tells us that you will get full 70k amount back due to insurance as my father is the only main earning member in family. But after several visits, phone calls not getting any satisfactory response from bank nor any amount given to us till now. Everytime they are telling please wait for some time... We submitted all the required documents too.. Please do something.

We are facing too much problem in withdrawing the money from atm. For cash withdrawals we have to go to bank, which is 5 kilometres away from my home. Hi this is mampi sarkar... I got a call from quikr.com by premnath... And then they call me for interview at the place belghoria, mangalshwari school.. And i pay 300 for form fill up... They selected me through the call by nadim sk. And again i paid 3300.. And then again paid 8000.. And nadim sk said me that within 15 days i get a joining letter by post.. But now exist 1month... But no letter... Please help me... What can i do......

Julie and asked my sister come next thursday for said money. On 6th sept 2018 my sister went that group and ask for money that time mrs. Julie and that particular bandhan bank dsc manager start urging with my sister start misbehaving intentionally both of that start shouting on my sister and denied to give 50000/- and agree with to give 20000/- then 30000/- and ask her to go dsc office at 3pm. Is this fair enough? Or that person is right to do this or any rules are there? This is a clear wrong indication from that person.
On basis of previous commitment my sister already took up material for his business. Last two days my sister suffering from psychological disorder for your staff mis-behavior and mis-commitment. Why such things happening with.
She will not take any amount from your bank, i can assure you but i am raising a protest against your bank and your staff.
This is the second time i am raising this issue to consumer forum. Same person with his team leader mrs. Julie, tegharia women group are continuously harassed my sister and it was very much intentional. I want justice, because these people taking advantages of poor women who are not able to protest for their financial problem they just keep their mouth shut for money which you are giving with interest.
I think this bandhan bank is good bank for poor and business women but your staff only can harass women like my sister.
I need justice on urgent basis.

I have applied a Sel loan in your bank at chandannagar branch but the Sel loan executive said that I have a cibil issue which is loan under obc bank my cibil shows SMA oct-2016, nov2016, dec2016 and jan2017 but I have always pay emi on time but this is obc bank technical fault because I am paying my emi on time. i have give all the prove like bank noc bank statement of oct2016 to jan 2017 as well as send all needful documents to the loan executive personal email address([protected]@gmail.com). Yesterday I was visit to the bank to meet the executive and ask for the loan he just misbehaves he doesn’t know how to behave like a banker. I want to close my and all my family member account from your bank. I was taking cell loan almost every year in your bank last year I was take Sel loan as well as personal loan which is full paid before time I want no due certificate. I had go to Bandhan bank micro finance branch at gopinagar haripal at 10 am on 13/09/2018 . A boy advice me to come after 1 pm . I reach at 4pm But they told that can't withdrawal cash now. They use some bad language and miss behaviour with me .

Several times i tried to communicate but nobody allow me. Several times i asked the reason behind this but nobody reply me. money trying to pay via debit card but failed yet money deducted
Hi my name is abu zafar ikbal. Last 8th feb when i was going to pay for my fathers operation of amount 2 lakhs, i tried to pay it by debit card of bandhan bank but when i did that it shows its failed yet 2 lakhs is deducted from my account... I am in a condition where i am helpless.. Plz sort out thus in 2 days... Becoz they willnt operate if they didnt get money plz help

I am devjyoti sarkar i had make a payment of rs. 527.00 on 16th january, 2018 to vodafone for postpaid bill payment through freecharge. The payment was failed but money is deducted from my account. As i have wrote to freecharge and also got response from their end that the money will be refunded to my bank account within 5 days. Here is the reponse given below from freecharge,

I am devjyoti sarkar i had make a payment of rs. 527.00 on 16th january, 2018 to vodafone for postpaid bill payment through freecharge. The payment was failed but money is deducted from my account. As i have wrote to freecharge and also got response from their end that the money will be refunded to my bank account within 5 days. Here is the reponse given below from freecharge,

We understand that you are worried about the deduction of rs.527.0 from your account for a recharge that you had initiated.
As per the records, your payment for the order (Fcma[protected]) has not been processed (I. E. Payment failed) on our payment gateway.
In case the payment is successful within the next few hours, you will receive a confirmation email.
For any instance of a failed transaction, the amount debited from your account will be auto refunded to your bank within 5-7 business days by your respective bank. Excluding saturday & sunday.
Request you to contact your bank customer support to know further about the status of the transaction and quote these numbers.

Till now i don't get the refund amount get to my account and also wrote to bandhan bank about the concern. I have got the following response from bandhan bank,

In reference to your email, please note that we have taken up the matter with the concerned team and shall revert back to you within reasonable time.

This is to inform you that i am an account holder of your bank with the account no. [protected] in mogra branch. I had done a postpaid bill payment through freecharge gateway of rs. 527.00 on 16th, january, 2018. The amount is deducted from my account but recharge is failed. I had write to freecharge customer care and as per their reply the money should be refund in my account within 5 business days. I have deposited a cheque to bandhan bank konnagar on 20.01.18 rupees 1 lakh 49302 drawn on state bank of india serampore issued by post office but today i have got a message from bandhan bank that the check has been bounced due to connectivity failure when i contacted bandhan bank thru, customer care where in they said that an amount will be charged due to return of cheque. My question is that the problem is due to intra-bank connectivity...

I am having account in bandhan bank, uttarapara branch with c/a. No.101xxxxxxxx348i have withdrawn amount rs. 30, 000 from bandhan bank, uttarapara branch near atm on 22/12/2017 i have not received amount from the bandhan bank, uttarapara branch atm. The amount rs.30, 000/- is debited from my account and it was not automatically credited in to my a/c

Sir me bandhan bank se loan lena chahti hu. Jo filed office h branch rewari name. Parvesh. Group k saath mene bhi document submitt kara diye the. Sabko loan mil giya but mujhe abhi tak ni mila.. Unse puchte h to koi response ni milta.. 1 month hone wala h.. Kabi kehte h acount ni khul raha kabi kehte h aaj karwa dunga kal karwadunga. Or ab keh rehe h apka form left ho gaya mujse naya form bharna pdega.. Its not my fault.. Company responsible h ya parvesh (Field excutive). Meri id ka missuse hota h to uska kon resposible h.. Plz sir solv the problam.. Otherwise i am going to consumer court...

I am from mirzapur, (Duckbangla, kandi, murshidabad,
West bengal.). I had applied for opening the savings account in bandhan bank branch in duckbanglo of kandi main branch for two times, first times they told me that ur fill up was wrong. But in second time (July)
I just only signed in signature para instead of whole form fill up according to the instructions of branch manager. After 3 months when i enquiry about my account. But they disappointed me. I think they lost my documents and it is very irresponsible behaviour o[censored]r employee..
And today i again have submitted my documents...
So please help me and take disciplinary action to them. And please open my account as soon as possible thanks.

Plz sir aap is baare main kari se kari step lijiye. Me and my friend went for a cheque deposit to this bank. The behavior of the the assistant branch manager was very bad. She was very arrogant. This happened at the Behala branch. The bank runs because of its customers, so they should behave properly to customers.

This is to inform you that in malancha branch some of the staff behavior not good also they not accept rs.1 coin, also told someone that this coins are invalid so, i would like to request you to please take necessary steps. I know this kind of circumstances not happend with me, but this kind of behaviors also not expected from anyone.

Respected sir this is to inform u that I have an currebt bank account on your bank at panitanki branch Nepal border po dulal jhot I ask for to issue me a chaque book but they r not issuing it u know in today days how important of chaque for businessmen so I resquested u to look around it

I went to bandhan bank ifsc code bdbl0001456 for depositing 100000rs. 25thousand in 10&20rs note. But branch manager denied to receive this. I have evidence also in video. Its a illegal thing that he denied to receive 10and20 notes. I am a buisnessman so we have to deal in small notes also. He also said to bring large notes from home printing by myself.
I need justice.
