Bangalore Cake Shop — Worst service ever

Hello, I had placed a birthday cake order which was to be delivered to my mother. Though the cake was delivered, I am very unhappy with the service. The cake was delivered in such a bad shape that they didn't want to cut it. But because I had send it they just accepted it as is. Also the person who delivered it was not at all courteous and was saying that the cake might have been spoiled since he traveled by bus. I am surprised that you deliver a cake this way even after me paying separately for delivery. My family was also saying that the delivery guy was probably under alcohol influence. Though I am not complaining about it, his behavior was certainly not good. Once again I want to say that I am very disappointed with the service and will definitely rethink before coming back to you again and will also be advising my connections to give a second thought before considering you for any service.
