Bangalore City Police — Cafe causing disturbance to residents

This is to inform that a corner cafe "UDUPI BRAHMINS CAFE " is creating a lot of nuisance to the residents in the area. Though it may feel like the cafe is helping the nearby residents it is causing more harm .
1. No COVID norms followed.
2. People park vehicles in the side road in front of gates when're it is difficult to move out our own vehicles during emergency .
3. The restaurant visitors throw their coffee and used plates in front of of residences .
4. The Police patrol vehicle honks and then have their coffee and tea and move away.
5.Though barrages have been kept by the cafe owner, no supervisor is done by the Cafe to ensure parking done does not cause any harm to residents .
6.One of the visitors to cafe picked up a ruckus and stoned my vehicle insisting that I touched his vehicle where as his vehicle was blocking the entire road .

Please help resolve this issue
