I am trying to pay the property tax in BDA online portal. But it is not working. I wrote an email to system manager email id mentioned in the portal, but so far no response from them.

Try to talk to customer care number, but not getting any response. They just pick up the phone and hangup.

Can some gentleman look into this issue and response.

I have a site in Vishwewaraiah Layout 8th block. Site no is 1813.

I am about to start construction soon and applied for BDA sanction also.
My neighbor site which is also corner site 1814 does not exists. And hence want to bring to your knowledge about the same. Also Can I continue construction once approval. Hopefully you update the map layout accordingly.

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am a property holder under the BDA Bangalore. Recently I attempt to pay my property tax in time via online but was unsuccessful, but there was no information on any issue with the website.

I think BDA website is down for quiet some time since April 2021.

Until now still the technical glitch has not fixed, In this situation Online payment is the best solution and we are expect the system will be back and will provide the service,

This Property Tax portal was officially came on in the news and was reported in The New Indian Express on 22 April 21.

I am following on this issue from quiet some time, now the webpage is able to open but there is no safety certificate to this website (https://)

I kindly request to the concern IT department to look into the issue and do the needful to the customers.

Opp 951, JpNakshatra Apartment 2KC HRBR Layout 1st Block KalyanNagar Bangalore 560043. There is a excess land of 300sqft next to 20x30 site this site has been under our position and not listed under BDA site allocation therefore this small site is always dirty and misused by public. I would like to clean this small place and plant trees so that no nuisance will be carried and make it look clean.

I request the authorities to look into so that I clean this place with my material and keep the society clean

Few days back, due to some issues, Street lights in our area is completely off, it is not working. Complete area is dark now. Please fix it asap.

This is really annoying last one month trying to pay my tax but it doesn't give option to pay my taxes. I want this to be fixed asap as I don't want to be penalized for your website issue.

Dear sir/madam, in my area there a many street lamps which do not work, it causing lot of problems during dark hours. Please rectify.
My Address No.504, b.d.a. layout, jp nagar 8th phase, 2nd block, off 80ft road, bangalore 560083. i have complained several times and also have reported by SMS to phone number [protected] but no action so far. Too much problem faced due to illegal garbage dumped also, since there not light in the night.

There is no street light for an existing pole for site no 1649, vishweshwaraya layout 3rd block, sonnenahalli, Bangalore-560056.

Snakes are spotted many a times. Please install the street light as soon as possible as this poses a danger to the kids and others who live in this street.

The web site will not open outside Karnataka & it works very pathetically in Bangalore. It seem the auction process is done for name sake to showoff, then BDA persons & Minister bid internally & share all the sites with in them.

I am a allotter in the Anjanapura 10th extension block, It is almost 20 years the site has be allotted

But still there is no Basic facilities such as electricity, Road or water supply in the area

Please look into this and try to resolve the issue

1.The main road and the bylane roads in Anjanapura 5th G Block are in horrible condition.Dust and construction work have worsened the situation. The roads are full of potholes and in some places, no roads are there.Roads are full of sand and cement. Walking or riding a bike is like inviting death every day every moment.

2.Garbage disposal system is non existent.The place has become a breeding ground of mosquitoes and is an invitation to all kinds of diseases. There are some miscreants who are burning garbage daily. The harmful gases are damaging our health. Nearby chicken shops are throwing chicken waste on the roads.

3. Non existent street lights. Being a woman, I am scared to death to travel from office to home even at 7'o clock in the evening.

When we bought the flat in DS Max Stonescape, there was a hefty amount of stamp duty and taxes that we paid.
I don't understand for what reasons we paid the taxes, if one cannot expect such basic necessities. Such is the corruption and nastiness flowing through the veins of BDA and BBMP.
One is supposed to pay rising property taxes, but cannot expect basic things like roads, water, garbage disposal.

So many people have already complained about the above problems before. But no action has been taken.

Shameless, inefficient and incompetent BBMP and BDA officials are in coma state.
