Sir, I have paid the property tax on 30.06.2021 Rs.2955/- through online banking under online property tax payment, but till date the tax receipt is not generted. On visiting the Banashankari complex BDA office they told me to enquire at BDA Head office. My several calls are not being attended and not picking the call. I submit the details hereunder:

Its been 1.5 years since auction was completed and BDA hasn't yet registered the site. BDA promises dream site in their e-Auction advertisement(https://eng.bdabangalore.org/e---auction.html), But this has been an absolute nightmare for me and my family.

Me and my family members have been forced to visit BDA office even in the middle of the pandemic only to hear the file stuck with the same office for months. It feels like I have paid form my own mental harassment . Its absolutely shame-full how this government organisation treats citizens.

But this year suddenly in website shows this property I'd is deleted..
Why this happening I don't know...??
How to resolve it...
In case pid is change any problem will occurs in future...??
Please guide me how to solve this problem...

Anjanapura 2 block, 12 main, door no .24, street light not functioning in entire road, hence difficult to go out in night for family members, theft cases are reported in the area, robbers are taking advantage, 80 feet road Anjanapura 2 block no street light, ideal environment for rapes, theft, assault, it is difficult for residents to go out even in vehicles during night especially medical emergencies, kindly look into issues and do needful

Road is yet to be rectified after digging/ closing done for Cauvery water line. especially outside our house where its is very worst. we are label to access our parking because of bad filling. Bike and scooter get stroked in sloppy sand used to fill the digging. we have ladies who use their scooters every day and they are forced to fall down because of bad patch. and water logging out side our home is very bad during rain.. water stagnant and it creates lots of mosquito.

Requesting you to kindly rectify and lay proper road immediately.

it is yet to be rectified and not even a single step has been taken... its rainy season now.. water has started to log in to potholes.. it is very un convenient and dirty... we also face mosquito issue because of water stagnant in the potholes... we do not have options to upload pics.. otherwise I would show how bad the stretch of this road is.. especially where we stay it is horrible

We have our house Vishweshwaraiah layout and we need the street light to be fixed with immediate effect as we are shifting to our new house there and there is a lot of Darkness and lot of snakes in and around we do have youngsters and kids and its people in our family and we have our neighbours also having issues as there are some construction labourers and their kids as well in and around I request you to fix it soon

The online prperty tax payments portal is down since long due to technical glitch (apparently expired certificate), and there seems to be no resolution yet despite so many relevant complaints being raised in forums as this. Kindly do enable the portal for payments and also please extend the due date for payments for FY21. Thanks.

I have been trying to access the bda online services to pay my tax since April 2021, however it shows a privacy error and warns of miscreants trying to hack the site.

The site is down for 2 months now. Can someone please look into this? There are a whole lot o[censored]s facing this inconvenience

Public is indiscriminately dumping garbage and construction and other debris including dead cattle in the arkavathi layout in geddalahalli thanisandra. We the residents of adjoining layouts are facing much difficulty with this indiscriminate activity. Either the bda administration should take care of it out the site allottees should.

I am trying to pay the property tax in BDA online portal. But it is not working. I wrote an email to system manager email id mentioned in the portal, but so far no response from them.

Try to talk to customer care number, but not getting any response. They just pick up the phone and hangup.

Can some gentleman look into this issue and response.

I have a site in Vishwewaraiah Layout 8th block. Site no is 1813.

I am about to start construction soon and applied for BDA sanction also.
My neighbor site which is also corner site 1814 does not exists. And hence want to bring to your knowledge about the same. Also Can I continue construction once approval. Hopefully you update the map layout accordingly.

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am a property holder under the BDA Bangalore. Recently I attempt to pay my property tax in time via online but was unsuccessful, but there was no information on any issue with the website.

I think BDA website is down for quiet some time since April 2021.

Until now still the technical glitch has not fixed, In this situation Online payment is the best solution and we are expect the system will be back and will provide the service,

This Property Tax portal was officially came on in the news and was reported in The New Indian Express on 22 April 21.

I am following on this issue from quiet some time, now the webpage is able to open but there is no safety certificate to this website (https://)

I kindly request to the concern IT department to look into the issue and do the needful to the customers.

I would like to clean this small place and plant trees so that no nuisance will be carried and make it look clean.
