This clinic is totally fraud. Dr. Vareesh Kumar is not qualified. They are earning black money and they ripped off foreign patients. He was deported from Canada. He is still selling drugs in Canada illegally.
Don't spare this culprit.

The police today registered a case and conducted a raid on Vardaan Hospital to arrest its Managing Director (MD) Vareesh Kumar in relation to the death of lecturer Rashi Sharma from Phagwara, who died last week due to some complications developed while undergoing an IVF treatment at the hospital.
However, the police could not arrest Vareesh Kumar as he fled much before the police team arrived on the premises. The police conducted a thorough search of his hospital and residence and will be issuing a look-out notice for him shortly.
"An FIR has been registered on the basis of a complaint filed by Rashi's husband. Vareesh Kumar has been booked for non-bailable offences under Section 420 (impersonation and cheating) of the of IPC and Section 15 of the Indian Medical Council Act (practising in the field, which a person is not authorised). We raided his hospital and his residence to arrest him. But we couldn't find him there. We have also told his family to cooperate in the investigation. We have dispatched various teams in search of Vareesh Kumar at his possible hideouts, " said ACP Manpreet Singh.
Earlier, Amit Sharma, husband of Rashi, had filed a complaint with the police stating that Vareesh Kumar, who calls himself a doctor and ART consultant, is a con and has only done studies till senior secondary classes. He also informed that Vareesh Kumar used to treat his wife many a times and also conducted scans. "At that time, I was not aware that he is just a quack and not a qualified doctor. Only after Rashi's death, when I inquired about him, I came to know that he is a big fraud and many cases of negligence and cheating has already been filed against him, " said Amit Sharma.
The police is now planning to issue a look-out notice for him shortly. The police is also taking legal opinion to seal his hospital in case he doesn't join the investigations.
Vareesh Kumar could not be contacted despite repeated attempts.

We live at H.I.G.-6, sector-1 , shanker nagar , Raipur (C.G.)
there is a Hospital behind our house, we share the same boundary wall,
this Hospital is of Dr. Jindal and named as VARDAAN HOSPITAL (H.I.G.- 11 )
and we have following complaints about it :

1. It has been ILLEGALLY made as this is a residential plot and they had opened
Hospital in it.
2. They had constructed much more than the construction limit as they had covered
about 90% land and the construction is upto the boundaries of the plot, also
covering our common boundary.
3. They had projected a balcony and windows on our premises, which is a very big
problem to us as they throw MEDICAL WASTE, KITCHEN WASTE, INJECTIONS,
SANITARY WASTE AND WASTE FOOD to our House which causes many
diseases at our home.
4. Their sanitary pipes are also on our premises and are always leaking the sewage
water to our house causing dirtiness at our house.

So, please forward my complain to concern departments so that i may get rid of my problems
