Hi,

My self Nagesh staying at SMV Nagar 8 Ext Block, Near MUddenpalya circle,
In Front of my house there is a large vacate BDA land which is reserved for CA.
As this land is vacate and not developed by the BDA, some ppl are started dump there debris, wastes and used for some illegal activities. Now this area is covered by heavy bushes, and which turned into safe place for snake and other harmful creatures. Now for us its bit difficult to roam around this place especially with kids. I am requesting, BDA authorities to look into this matter and clean these area at the earliest, so that we can live peacefully.

We have moved to a new appartment located in margodanahalli village, jigani, anekal taluk which is in bda limits.

We have garbage collector coming to near by apartment at shikkaripalaya, electronic city ph1. When we enquired him to collect our garbage, he informed that our complex doesn't come in bbmp limits hence he will not come.

Currently we dont have assigned garbage collector visting our premises.

I would like to know how do we contact concerned person for our area and get this menance sorted.

Kindly help on this

Sir /madam we are the resident in the below address and next to us is the alur bda phase 2 plots but the drainage of the phase 1 bda has been left freely on outside in the road and the water are entering the homethruogh the compond and the compund is getting full wet and it will become loose if it continues for more time and we are not able to tolerate the smell so pleae slove the problem as soon as possible

I, Jaya Krishna, applied under e-auction for site No 1046 Visveshwaraiah Layout 8th Block and unsuccessful. On 7.9.19 remitted Rs 4 lacs thru Internet Banking.

No refund is made even after 7 days. As I am in urgent need of funds, please refund immediately to my account failing which I reserve my right to claim interest @ 24 per cent p. a. Please treat this as urgent.

Wanted to know when will the refund of the deposit made for BDA e auction happen as the eproc help desk informs us to check with BDA only.On 24th Sep'2019 itself, the auction closed & there is no update.Like to know when will the refund happen and will we get sms or mail on this.

(Opposit bda compound. Since 8 months our street lights not functioning i. E 6 tube lights rusted/damaged which installed very long back and not working

I have several times lodged a complaint over phone and till date not attended the complaint. Hence please advise concerned official to look into the same immediately.

2. We are paying Land Taxes up to date( 2004 to till date)
3. Can we construct house. If so what is the procedure
4. Where we will get plan approval (BDA/BBMP) ?

I am trying to pay the BDA land tax but unable to do due to I am not getting the OTP for that. It saying your number is not matching with this property.

Could you please help me how to proceed to pay the tax. Also need to know how can I register my mobile number.

This will help many of the it-professionals and other professionals who need the internet as basic need to work from home in case of emergency and as medical leaves suggested by doctor's during maternity phase.
We have got to hear that noc is issued to bsnl but no action seen so far, kindly oblige our request for availing facility for broadband from act as vendor and landline connection we will go with bsnl.
Humble request to grant an noc for the same.

Respected sir/madam,

I'm a resident of railway layout, bhavani nagar 2nd stage which is very next to ullal rto office. Street lights of the main road is not switching on since past 2 months.

We've notified this issue to bbmp for which they redirected us to bda stating this was not their scope.

There are multiple bar n restaurant in one stretch, which has lead to many anti-social activities.

Ladies & children are unable to even walk on the streets as there were many encounters of chain snatching & unruly behaviour by few anti-social elements, as the place is very dark.

Being in the heart of the city, we residents are facing such worst scenarios, even the remotest part of villages don't.

I on behalf of entire residents of railway layout, bhavani nagar 2nd stage, would request you and your team to look into this issue at upmost priority and help the residents to live in harmony.

Participated the auction held on 30 jul 2019. Didnot win the bid. It has been more than a month, the emd amount has not been refunded yet. You set timelines for public to pay the fees, likewise do you not have timelines for refund? Are you not responsible for public money collected by you? The concerned departments have kept their phones off the hook. Can you please let us know when will our money be refunded?

During night time it's very difficulty to come outside and too risky .

Till date i am not received back the emd amount of rs.4, 00, 000. Recently there was a drainage construction (Mori), post which all the demolished wastes have been dumped in and surrounding our bda site number 247, 248, 249.

Also with this work, the demarkation of site numbers are no more visible and hence it's not clear to identify the boundaries of each site.

Request this to be resolved at the earliest since we are planning to construct a house in our bda plot.

Seems to be the owner has got approval with one plan and constructing the house with other plan or they would have bribed the concerned officers to get the approval as per current deviation plan. Submitted written letter with photos to local bda office after bbmp field officer's recommendation. Request you to take necessary action. If this is going to be in that layout every other plot owners follow the system to make it corrupt and bend the rules by using their money power. Very hard to see the good officers nowadays in all govt/pvt offices,

Hi, I am resident of Sarathy Nagara BDA Layout, 1st Block, JP Nagar 8th Phase. Oppoaite to my house (door no 76), there is no tar road for about 50mtrs which connects to other cross of our layout. Outsiders are throwing garbages in this place and it has become a garbage dumping place. We can't sit in house and walk around because of very bad smell. If there is a proper tar road, people use that to commute and we can avoid the above garbage issue. Please get this fixed asap.

I am Rahman Sait, I am from Hebbal, North Bangalore, Here i wanted to give a Complaint . The issue is i m a frequent bus traveller from hebbal to verrannapalaya because my office is situated near verannapalaya . In this way me and most of the BMTC bus travellers facing problems in this area. From Lumbini garden garden park to Verannapalya busstop we are facing the issue Daily, because of huge road traffic most of the BMTC Buses not stop to the Verannapalaya Bus stop and they stop the buses before verannapalaya flyover and they take off the buses to flyover, at the same time most of the passengers should get down from verannapalya flyover not to the Verannapalya Bus Stop. If we get down from Before flyover we should walk around 300 meters to reach verannapalya bus stop . here only we facing the problem, the foot path of this area is not clean because so may garbage and tree leafs and broken tree wooden sticks are lowdown on the foot path at the same time Internet service providers co-axial cables are cut down on the foot path. for this situation we cant walk on the foot path and another issue is if rain comes the rain water also struck on the road and foot path . because of this issue so many people are suffering to cross this location. daily people are struggling if we try to walk side of the road that also very dangerous for all why because all the two Wheeler, four Wheelers are driving like danger. for this reason only i am filing the compliant. So please clean this area and make sure it, at the same time make the proper path for rain water running and rain water should wipe from this area .

The main drain pipe which connects the Sapthagirinagar layout and rajakaluve was broken during the development work done around the lake last year. The sewage water from the drain has started to pollute the lake and the entire area is stinking because of this. I request the respective authorities to take action as soon as possible and fix the broke sewage line. This has been broke for more than a year and complete layout if affected because of this.
