Dear Sir/Madam, We have been residing in Anjanapura BDA layout 4th block from past one year and we been facing lo of problems due to lack proper road, water and garbage disposal. Very frequently strangers intrude in the dark bushes and have liquors and throw garbage in the stranded places. Dogs have be come a big menace as they drag these rubbish and spread all around our house premises. BDA authorities are not taking any action on garbage disposal team for not picking up the rags. Due to this lot of health problems raising in the layout and increased mosquitoes menace. The layout does not have water supply and we are depending on Tankers since our bore wells are in dry run condition. Its almost 2 years and the BDA officials are not cleaning the roads. It is very difficult to ride even a bike on this roads. Only the Main 80 feet and 100 feet roads are developed. Internal roads are in bad condition. For your information we have been paying property tax every year very promptly but in return we are not getting good facilities. Victoria Road Corporation Quarters, behind Rama Temple. There is illegal construction which is on road and I am facing problems in passage. I am physically disabled and have my invalid carriage two wheeler. The road is narrow and people are constructing on road which is illegal and for asking they are having quarrel. I am not able to have my regular movement and which is very difficult for me to travel. Please look into this and do the needful so it makes a broad passage road. A humble request please help me

We have many shops who sells Biscuis, choclates, cool drink, water bottels ..etc.. etc at Bangalore Shanti Nagar Bus stop. In every shop they are selling the items 20% more than the MRP... Please take an action and ensure the shop keepers sell the items at MRP only.

This is to let you know that the construction of Drain slab taken by BDA contractor is pending since last two months.
The contractor had broken the salb which was previously there to create the drain as per the BDA municipality project going on J P Nagar-3rd Phase.
Addrss:127/A, 6th Main, 12th Cross J P nagar.

Pl do the needful.

Due to this we cannot open the parking gate and vehicle remain outside the house.
In case this continues and any damage of the vehicle happens, it should be BDA's responsibilty to provide the damarrage charge if nothing is taken care after this complain.

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that a illegal construction by a 3rd party is being done on BDA Corner Site # 5M-419, HRBR Layout. And also trying encroach the nearby BDA Sites. Request you to please put up an enquiry and take an immediate action.

#232, 2nd stage, 10th cross, near om shakthi temple, chandranagar, kumarswamy layout, Bangalore-78.
These people are residing in the above mentioned 20 X 25 sq. ft site in ground floor. Now they got authorisation for construction of two floors above ground floor as per documentation.But these people for the sake of rent(money) constructing four floors above ground floor without taking approval from BDA just by paying some money to mediators.
Moreover this people have not used iron pillars throughout the building from basement and now constructing floors more than 50 ft height which is prohibited by government and also using water, electric supply for non domestic purpose showing domestic readings to government.

So as per public concerns I request you to forward this complaint to respective Engineers to take immediate action on this issue as early as possible.So that this will become a warning to others. Being educated knowing about the rules and regulations doing such fraud activities should be stopped.

Hello Team, I stay in Geddalahalli Village Vinaynka nagar, a person has built 5 storied house next to a huge high tension wire, , as its causing flow of electricity too all the house and also the road structure has been reduced as their house has been build next to the road, their vechiles and all their belongings are in front of the road it makes life difficult for people living in the area. The owner of the house is a friend of the area MLA so he takes all the neccesary works in the area, we resident have to do as he says. Sir, I have applied for marginal land by the side of storm water drain at 2cc-311 ombr layout in November 2011.I have applied for the land to prevent it from being used as garbage dump, toilet area for nearby hut people, security reasons, illegal occupation and many more reason.I visited BDA DS IV and RT nagar BDA(Engr dept)many times inspite of being in defense forces.My file is shuttling between BDA and RT nagar for reason best known to them.Due to this I'm not able to construct the house before retirement.I kindly request highest authority to look into matter.Thank you.

We have been seeing the encroachment activities on Somasandra Palya Lake since several years. There were several complains already lodged. But there is no action on the encroacher. Site no: 02 Veerappareddy Lay out, is our neighbor construction is on with lot of irregularities, also causing lot of damage to our building walls, kindly look into this immediately.

The BDA Auction is over on 26/11/2013 but still, I haven't got my EMD amount refund. When I contacted Help line number[protected], they redirected me to some other number - [protected]. When called them, they again redirected back to helpline number asking me initiate a refund. Now help line guy asks me to contact BDA department. Even after calling BDA, none of them are helping out. I am not getting my refund and tired of calling from one phone number to other. What a irresponsible unorganized system this is. No where it is clearly mentioned how BDA will refund the EMD amount and helpline is just namesake. Is there a BDA complaint portal where I can file a complaint against this.

Hi, This is Ambika virupaksha and my userid in BDA auction is ambi123. We paid EMD deposit of 4 Lakhs on 4th October for the auction which ended on 8th October. We did not get the site in bidding and we have not yet recieved the refund after 20 days !!! Not getting any response from eprocurement contacts who asked to contact BDA who are not taking any responsibility. I need the money immediately for a very serious personal helath emergency and this money is required as soon as possible to save a life !!! Please help as soon as possible. Thanks Ambika Virupaksha

I recently applied for e-auction and paid 4 lakh INR TO BDA BANGALORE COMMISSIONER.
Its been more than 10 days since the money has been deposited, i lost the bid, however BDA is not returning or refunding my money back. Also no responsive answer I get from the e-procurement contacts.
No one seems to be responsible for EMD REFUND AT BDA.

I really in the need of my money & appreciate if BDA can lookin this and settle my refund immediately please.

Hi, I had participated in an online bidding for BDA plot which I lost. The bidding was closed on 8th Oct but I have not received the refund yet, its been 14 days now. eproc helpline doesn't have any information and they are asking me to contact BDA for the same, but at the same time they are not giving any contact number for BDA. Don't know what to do to get the money back.

My name is Karthikeyan S. I recently applied for e-auction and paid 4 lakh INR TO BDA BANGALORE COMMISSIONER via online banking. It's been 2 weeks since the money has been deposited. i lost the bid, however BDA is not returning or refunding my money back. I wonder why it should take so long to return the money . When i call e procurement, they give some telephone numbers which no body picks. I am not sure what to do now. Please help.

our house is at no.205,1st AB cross ,EAST OF NGEF, Kasturinagar ,Bangalore 43. the neighbouring site is causing a lot of nuisance due to growth of weeds,plants and we have also sighted snakes a couple of times . the owner hasn't turn up for the past 7 years, and we have been cleaning the site all this while . please give us some assisstance to contact the site owner. please do the needful as soon as possible.

Could you please clarify my couple of queries regarding 30*40 site.
I am staying in rented house in Bagaluru Cross in Yelahanka Bangalore.I wanted to buy a new 30*40 site to build my own house.Could you please let me know is there any facilities are available in BDA office to buy a site for ST people? I am fearing to buy a site from any individual/unknown person and instead i wanted to buy it from Goverment itself.If I could get this facility from Government then it would be more secure and totally approved in this regard.Please advise me on this.
Recently I have seen advertisement on individual site facility for any citizen to apply a site from Karnataka Housing Board(KHB) near Bidadi regarding layout plans of KHB.But I am looking for a site near by Bagaluru Cross.In same way can I take any facilities from BDA inorder to buy site to build my dream house.I am looking forward for your valuable feedback.

The auction site's in Kumarswamy Layout 2nd stage are still occupied even though its been advertised and mentioned to be auctioned.
Building material's are stacked in the site for sale. We request the authorities concerned to clear all the sites mentioned for auction immediately.
It looks like the building materials will not be cleared by those who have stacked them until authorities take some serious action.

I am residing in a residential area in Bangalore.There are so many Vehicle repair shops(cars mainly) around my house.They repair the vehicles on the road ,which causes more noise and traffic congestion in the road.Other concern is as the repairing vehicles are majorly cars if any fire spills around due to these vehicles it would be a major mishap,School also exists near the house.Whether this kind of vehicle repair shops are allowed in residential areas? If not can you help us with this?
