Sir,
I submitted request for survey and marking of my site bearing number 814, 6th block, Sir M Vishveswarayya layout on 2nd February 2023 by attaching all support documents to proceed for construction of boundary wall at BDA Vijayanagar office. At the time of submission I was given to understand it would take 6 days time by the Assist executive engineer but till now the survey has not been done, Request the authorities to kindly look into and expedite surver

    Sir, at SMV block 1 there is no street, during night and early morning it is very difficult be on this cross roads, this cross road start at site no 2331 stretch which connect to 100 ft road other end land mark Dads interio.

    please provide the street light the cross roads here ASAP,

      BDA E AUCTION - EMD Refund issue

      I participated BDA e-auction and paid INR 4 lakh EMD per site TO BDA BANGALORE COMMISSIONER via online banking, I participated in 4 different sites, total 16Lakh EMD not refunded.
      i lost the bid for all 4 sites 11 days back, however BDA is not returning/refunding my hard earned money.

      I call e-procurement, they asked me to call BDA, I tried reaching BDA mulltiple times but no luck. finally i sent an email to "[protected]@bdabangalore.org"...

      EMD refunds

      Dear Team, I had participated in the EAuction,
      However, the price shoot up crazy I was not able to win the auction.

      I tried for two plots, but could not win any.
      I need the refunds. The customer care number on the browser is never working. The tech team does not know how to help

      LB Shastri Nagar 10th crossroad Dugged and cut middle of the road for sewage pipeline in mid of 2022. But still middle of cut road is not closed properly. which causes issue.

      During rain, all Hometech Suhanbav apartment drainage and 9th cross water flows to LBS nagar 10th cross road. As they closed few drainages which causing this issue. please take proper action.

        Unberable bad smell coming out of Lingadheeranahalli Garbage segregation unit. We are unable to breath and falling sick due to this SWM unit in BSK 6th Stage, 5th block, BDA layout.

        Officers,
        1. Why you have given the CA site to set up SWM unit in the middle of BDA layout.?
        2. This CA site was earlier earmarked for VTU.

        We urge this illegally built SWM unit to be shifted out of BSK 6th stage.

          I was alloted an site in NPKL e-auction during sep-22 bidding. I have made complete payment by taking a loan for the site by Dec-22. In Feb-23 BDA informs me that there is dimensions discrepancy as i bid for 108sq.mt (rectangle shape) and only 66sq.mt. (trapezium shape) is available.

          I have since requested for complete refund but there has been absolutely no moment in my file. It is still with the case worker at e-auction department. Each time he says i will process this week and simply does nothing. I don't know what to do to make him process my file. Please help!

            Hi,

            I am Prasanna, resident of Sir M Vishweshwaria Layout 2nd stage.

            The streetlights installed in the layout needs manual intervention. Turning on and off of streetlight requires attaching a hanging power cable everytime. This is a dangerous act one should be doing on s daily basis. Requesting you to fix it by making it Automatic.

              Sir/madam,

              At site no 320, SMV layout, 1st block we are facing lot of problem during nighttime. As we are only residence in that road, Snake menace and also due to dark many unknown vehicles are parked during late night and are engaging in illegal activities.

              Kindly instruct concern authority to fix the streetlight.

              It is requested to provide 02 streetlight in entire stretch.

                A week back bda put an asphalt in smv 3rd block beside ramaih layout, just for name sake they have put very poor quality and already it has started to break even when car travels, im uploading photo where it clearly shows asphalt coming off just for parking and moving car

                  We have our house Banashankari 6th stage, 6th Block, H NO 1052 and we need the street light to be fixed with immediate effect as we have shifted 1.5yr month back and being follow up with local engineer from past 6 month to our new house there but still its been pending from longtime
                  and there is a lot of Darkness and lot of snakes in and around we do have youngsters and kids ..
                  I request you to look into this issue and resolve the problem sir

                      My Name is Krishna Prasad, I have been alloted the site in NPKL. I have paid the full money in November 2021. Still BDA has not given the date of registration. I have visited nearly 20 times but each time they tell one week or 2 weeks but no results.

                      I need registration date for my site or give back my money.

                        Anjanapura 9th block further extension roads are blocked with drbris, this further extension is next to concrete mixture setup, All road in 9th block further extension is in pathetic condition and off late filled with debris and also

                        Anjanapura 9th block further extension roads are filled with construction debris and waste, No one can use the road and there is zero maintenance. Nit sure how the property tax is collected for sites with this kind of pathetic maintenance. Not sure if even anyone is bothered but just as a hope complaining about this.

                            Street light issue on Banashankari 6th stage site 29

                            Hi,

                            As we have started house construction, we need street lights needs to be installed in the road . There is no street lights installed in the roads . Can some engineer from bda can take action on this and setup street lights asap.

                            I am a resident of Visweswariah 4th block and constructing a new house. There are no proper street lights and there is a lot of theft going on in the area. I already lost a lot of steel items from my site. It has become painful to track and try to save my miney. I kindly request you to install/fix street lights in 4th block to safeguard the area.

                              The road condition in our area is very bad. We have built a new home and none of them are ready to purchase or rent the home looking at the pathetic condition of the roads. The road has no tar OR none of the topping. The street lights aren't installed. There are no enough street lights. There is no development in the area but high taxes are levied at the right time. Are we paying so much of money for the undeveloped place. The BDA management isn't responding to any of our calls or requests. Please look into the matter. I hope you will understand our situation and respond appropriately.
