I had tried applying for BDA auction for site Site No: 2282 Residential Corner/Intermediate Site at BSK 6th Stage 4th Block under auction BDA/2022-23/AUCTION9539. EMD payment of 4, 04, 040 rupees was recorded and reflected in eprocurement auction website on 02/08/2022 at 6:02PM due to the slowness in the website. But I could not submit for auction as the due time for submission was 02/08/2022 at 6:00PM. So I now request for the refund/reimbursement of 4, 04, 040 rupees in full as the payment after the auction ended is rejected but haven't received the amount.

Our layout Raja Rajeswari residency layout at Sy.: 59/2(P) located in ullalu village. this BDA approved layout and all residents are having BDA katha and paying property tax to BDA. we have 30 tubeler pole street lights and some lights are not working. whom should we give complaint about this

We don't have basic facilities approaching proper road like in BDA layouts. Please provide the basic facilities. We are paying maintenance charges along with tax every with out any facilities.

The property is in Amarthanahalli Survery No.86, owned by Venkataramanappa & Prasanna Kumar developed by their GPA Holder Yogeshwar Verma. which was acquired by BDA for Arkavathi Layout formation, Later the GPA Holder Filed Writ Petitation/Appeal with Karnataka Hight Court/Supreme Court, later BDA Order No.182/2013-14 (LAC No.123) Dated : 03.06.2013 deleted the Survery No.86.
Prasanna Kumar filed Partition OS Suite No.3069/2014 CCH-44 on Venkataramanappa. The agreement holders were given promised to competed registration by GPA Holder, meanwhile GPA holder Yogeshwar Verma passed last year and now the Landowers are demanding current maket value to complet the sale agreement, though GPA Holder alloted sites/House in the year 2005 onwards or he will demolish the house.
Request BDA to aquire survery No.86 and allote site to the people who are residing since 2005 who actually are the reason to prove that the property was in the development stage and saved from acquasition by BDA.

Hi BDA officers, we are located in Chikkagubbi and here our building is approved by BDA. Now Panchavati layout people are restricting us not to walk, constructed a gate and also they are saying that roads belongs to them.

Sir we are residing at Cybele greens layout, Kithaganur, we are paying taxes to BDA but we are not provided any maintenance services even though BDA is collecting Maintenance charges along with taxes,

Roads are damaged, STP Services are not provided, no Street lights, No Water facility, no garbage collection, there are heavy vehicles plying to close the near by lake which is another damage to nature, please help us

I was referring to the tax payment for property I'd [protected] for the year 2022-23..

I have promptly paid the tax in time for the year 2021-22 and there are no pending arrears.

I am not sure why am I being charged arrears of maintenance fee and late payment for the year 2022-23..

I feel these are unfair practices that BDA is resorting to without any checks being undertaken.. please look into this issue and advice. i have been trying to call numbers available on your website where there is no response..This is no less than a harrasment meted out to ordinary citizens..

I have already sent two mails to the email id in the website, again there is no response from here too..Where else do we go when no one answers the phone and no one responds to mails..

Dear Sir, We have constructed house and moved in recently at BDA layout in Banashankari 6th stage 4th Block, Chikkegowndanapalya. However the street we stay does not have even a single street light. Since the area has very few houses, it is very difficult to move in the street after dark / evenings. There are small kids in the family. Also the area has lot of snakes and is remote. Considering the security, kindly provide the street with street lights as soon as possible. I have been a regular BDA property tax payer. Thank you.

We are construnting house in 736, 4th H block Bsk 6th stage.There are no street lights in that road.Please provide street lights .

Need urgent resolution as we have constructed the house but the sanitary pipe is blocked completely and we are unable to use it.please get it clean asap

This looks concerning to me as the Road issues at Anjanapura our hampering our day to day activities of commutation. i am a resident of DS MAX STONE HILL Apartment near Anjanapura fire station, its been so many months, almost a year now that Road conditions are getting worse day by day.

My daughter's school bus was stuck today just near to our Apartment for almost an hour, because it was blocked & there are no other roads via which the vehicles can commute. If this continues, our children will not be able to avail the School transportation until the Road issue is resolved. We the residents are suffering especially the residents of DS Max Stone hill as all the roads have been blocked.

We have paid all forms of Property Tax since more than 3 years, and also the Developer claims that they have made all payments to BDA/BBMP for Power connection. But still all houses are forced to live in darkness.
BDA Property Tax comes with Rs 2400 Maintenance fees every year other than Property Tax, which all the Site owners are paying, but still no support from BDA.

Street light IN front of the plot is not working.
Many Vacant plots are around with snakes. It will be of great help If the street light is done.
Also, the vacant plots needs to be cleaned for snakes to go.
Please do needful.
Due to rain, its very tough as many construction workers are also around.

In Sir M Vishweshwaraiah layout 3rd block behind namoora thindi there is a space left for park but currently that place is used to dump garbage and house construction waste materials. Kindly develop the park in this place so it will be useful and also around this park space there are electric pole but no street lights working from very long time. Road is dark in the evening and there is no visibility of vehicles and road - in the night which is prone to accidents and theft. Kindly resolve this both issues.

Many plots in Anjanapura 5th Block are rented for Godown purposes and Godown wastes are disposed in other residential plots which is so problematic that our sites are with wastes of Godown materials

Hi, you have spent INR 2, 943.00 at RAZ*BANGALORE DEVELOPMEBE on[protected]; 05:15:09 pm using your RBL Bank Credit Card (XX2601).
As per BDA website if the amount is debited to my bank account and receipt not generated the amount will automatically re credited to my account within 3 working days. Subsequently customer can make separate payment.Also customer has been advised to approach systems manager either by email or phone. Now it is 7 days has elapsed and I am neither got the refund of tax amount paid nor able to make another payment as website is blocking. I have written several mails to systems manager and tried to reach on phone many times but in vain. Please intervene to get the refund of tax amount paid or facilitate issuance of receipt

BDA Kommaghatta, Phase - 2, Block - 1, Bangalore - 560060

This is to lodge a complaint about no alternate power facility provided at BDA kommaghatta to the elevators when there is power outage. There are currently 10 floors in phase 2 - Block 1 and the elevators do not operate when there is no power. There are so many elders live in this apartment and power for the lifts is a bare minimum which lacks in this apartment.

On behalf of all the residents at BDA kommaghatta, request you to take this complaint on a high priority and resolve the issue as early as possible.
