Drainage pipe is blocked completely and the drainage water is flowing over the road and causing new sense and severe inconvenience to the public.

With much pain i am writing this letter, with no alternatives found.
We live south bangalore, banashakari 6th stage 8th block. Due to a faulty transformer, the electricity erratically goes very high, due to which we have lost many devices inspite o[censored]sing servo stabilizers.
the mother board of our cars/microwave/kitch hob/laptop/oven, washing machine/lights ahve all got burnt out, many repairs has been done on them, but agin they have got burnt, We have lost good amount of money, now we are also unable to travel outside causse our car is totallyu grounded from the past 2 weeks.
CAme to know from KEB that the transormer is faulty and has to reparied/replaced. they gve me numbers to contact, but none picking up t he calls. We want the BDA to take this issue seriously and get this rectifvied.

It’s been months together since BDA representative had come and asked the village side building to close their entrance towards the BDA site. All the tenants living in that building are using that entrance to throw waste into the empty site front of entrance. Kindly please take immediate action against this.
Even after repeated fining by the BBMP they are still doing the same thing.

We facing a street light issue near our house ...it's not been working from past 20days ..

There is no basic facility like water and sewage in the Banashankari 6th stage further extension 4th H block. Most of them are digging toilet pit on the road. Any heavy vehicles carrying load will create a problem. It might effect the building structure also if the heavy vehicles collapse into pit. Just next road in BBMP limit, they have provided sewage facility. BDA is still sleeping just collecting taxes plus extra maintainence fee.

No roads and drainage system, no water facility with out basic facility we are paying yearly maintanance BDA.Please provide basic facilities.

In Bengaluru encroachment is a common issue due to which lot of civic issues are arising. Flooding is the common issue due to this as natural storm water drains are reduced or is completely blocked. There is a organised syndicate of builders, politicians and bureaucrats. The Rajakaluve are reduced to 2ft or less than that and there are many structures on Rajakaluve. The schemes like Akrama-Sakrama is penalising honest, law abiding citizen while rewarding the wrong doers. This should be completely stopped, instead every inch of encroached land should be penalised with heavy property tax in a progressive year-on-year incremental order until the encroachment is vacated. Also all the officers even if retired should be brought to justice.

This should be applicable to all the properties and govt. should recover every inch of the encroached land in a time bound long term plan. Every year it is observed that there are lot issues like fooding, health issues, water contamination etc

Please increase the width of drainage

Hello,

New street light are very much required as there is no light in certain part of the roads and it's very dark, also with snake movements all around, it is very difficult to walk on the road past 6PM - please install 2 new streets lights for this road

I bought a BDA site in 2006 and have been paying the taxes regularly. But now the site is illegally encroached by some local guy who claims to be his land and he had never sold it to BDA. I have registered a complaint with the BDA and no action is taken by them inspite of they having all the details and are fully aware of the encroachment of a total of 6 acres in II Block, JP Nagar 8th Phase - The authorities give all kinds of excuses including saying that one of their department who has to approve the file returned it without signing.

My self Krishna Lok S. from General Category purchased 1 BHK Alur Flat from Phase - 1, in the year 2016, now I am unable to move and stay in Alur BDA Flat. Purchased from BDA at the cost of 11.5 Lakhs, now I am unable to sell at this price. Maximum Price now selling is only around 7 Lakhs only. I am in dare need of funds for education of my daughter. I am very much sad and depressed after buying this 1 BHK Alur Flat. You had told that I will be a beneficiary to get this Flat, I am unable to see what beneficial have we got from this flat. You may please help me in this regard.

I have applied for e Khata in the month of march and waited patiently for 3 months as per the instructions on the website . Ironically I found no answer hence approached the BDA Banashankari office personally and was shocked to hear from the officers that online Khata is false assurance given and everyone has to come to office and do manually ( obviously expecting the kick backs). From then every day I am meeting them but unfortunately I have no answer to it and it’s been a long wait and as usual they playing the fool saying the file is here and there. I am doctor by profession instead of seeing sick patients I am standing front of them and begging them to do this work. Feel very sorry for the state at which these government organisation work and not work ethics of culture. I request you to kindly resolve the issue asap.

Although streetlight poles were installed more than a year back, no streetlight has been installed leaving the stretch of road beside Railway line in complete darkness in the night. It is impossible to walk at night and unsafe for female citizens. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

I had tried applying for BDA auction for site Site No: 2282 Residential Corner/Intermediate Site at BSK 6th Stage 4th Block under auction BDA/2022-23/AUCTION9539. EMD payment of 4, 04, 040 rupees was recorded and reflected in eprocurement auction website on 02/08/2022 at 6:02PM due to the slowness in the website. But I could not submit for auction as the due time for submission was 02/08/2022 at 6:00PM. So I now request for the refund/reimbursement of 4, 04, 040 rupees in full as the payment after the auction ended is rejected but haven't received the amount.

Our layout Raja Rajeswari residency layout at Sy.: 59/2(P) located in ullalu village. this BDA approved layout and all residents are having BDA katha and paying property tax to BDA. we have 30 tubeler pole street lights and some lights are not working. whom should we give complaint about this

The property is in Amarthanahalli Survery No.86, owned by Venkataramanappa & Prasanna Kumar developed by their GPA Holder Yogeshwar Verma. which was acquired by BDA for Arkavathi Layout formation, Later the GPA Holder Filed Writ Petitation/Appeal with Karnataka Hight Court/Supreme Court, later BDA Order No.182/2013-14 (LAC No.123) Dated : 03.06.2013 deleted the Survery No.86.
Prasanna Kumar filed Partition OS Suite No.3069/2014 CCH-44 on Venkataramanappa. The agreement holders were given promised to competed registration by GPA Holder, meanwhile GPA holder Yogeshwar Verma passed last year and now the Landowers are demanding current maket value to complet the sale agreement, though GPA Holder alloted sites/House in the year 2005 onwards or he will demolish the house.
Request BDA to aquire survery No.86 and allote site to the people who are residing since 2005 who actually are the reason to prove that the property was in the development stage and saved from acquasition by BDA.

Hi BDA officers, we are located in Chikkagubbi and here our building is approved by BDA. Now Panchavati layout people are restricting us not to walk, constructed a gate and also they are saying that roads belongs to them.
