Hi, We brought corner site in BSK 6th stage 6th Phase with site no 313 in eAuction- 2020. it's been 2 years and we are not able to register our site. BDA expect payment on time, why there is delay in Registration. Always case worker delay saying file has gone for Scan, file is missing and file is with Finance. How long we have to wait.

I own a BDA residential site No. 922, Gnanabharathi Block -II, Nagadevanahalli which was allotted to me in 2000 and registered to me in the year 2001. As per the sale deed, the adjacent site (to the south) is 923. However I discovered recently that a new site 922/A is inserted between my site 922 and 923 and as a result the schedule my property is changed. I submitted my petiton to BDA on 15/02/2022 and 22/02/2022 requesting BDA to rectify my sale deed with all the supporting documents. like copies of sale deeds of site 922 and 922/A. Since then I am personally following it up with BDA Head quarters as well as with their engineer at BDA Vijayanagar almost on daily basis. BDA engineer at their Vijayanagar office has been instructedby BDA head quarters to visit the site and provide report to BDA Head quarters for issue of rectified sale deed. It is more than 30 days since my petition and tll date the issue is not resolved. Please help me. I am a retired scientist from Govt service and it is my hard earned property from my salary savings. Request your good office to facilitate issue of rectified sale deed.

We are residing at Banashankari 6th stage 6th block. From past 2 months nobody is handling Street light. Fron 2 months its in off mode. I called bescom they said call bbmp for this, even i called bbmp they said contact Bda for this. There are hardly 4-5 houses in our line. At night it gets completely dark, and as per neighbour so many robberies happened recently. So who will be the responsible if any misshapes. I this BDA is saving money from electric board or who know what business is happening. As a citizen and a bangalorien i know how corruption is going on in and around Karnataka. By the way am sharing images and location

Two electric poles on my road isn't working since last month and need your immediate attention in replacing the entire set on both the poles.

I am the legal owner of a site Sir MV Layout and fraudsters in connivance with BDA officials have created fake documents and sold the property illegally without my knowledge. Help me reverse the sale ASAP

I'm one of the resident of BDA Layout, living here from past 22 years. We had lot of water issues in our vicinity, bores were installed. Now, the bores has failed due to the metro works which are going on. The water is supplied only on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Looking forward for your kind intervention and support. Please look into it and resolve the issue ASAP.

I had submitted online application no bearing BD006S[protected] using Seva Sindhu for the BDA eKhata Transfer on 8th Dec '21 and its initial due date was reported as 7th Jan '22.

Upon the advise of Seva Sindhu support, I have followed up several times by writing emails to "[protected]@ka.gov.in" & "[protected]@ka.gov.in". However, I have not received any response from them. The complaints raised on Seva Sindhu has been closed as resolved. Attaching the screenshot of the complaints for your reference.

I also do not find any option for appeal in the Seva Sindhu app other than writing to the email address provided.

Hence, seeking help and support in processing the pending application which is pending with the Revenue Inspector for over two months.

BDA had allotted site in Arkavathi layout and it was registered, however BDA authorities has done double registration for same site and now they have not allotted an alternative site

My name is jaish Bhatia...i am from nit-2 A block in which condition is becoming worst due to stray dogs...they bite my sister and she is injured and when she step out..they attack again.

Thar road has been dug in the BDA area premises and the dug road has not been reconstructed. It's hard to travel through the place.

* Need to take action against the people who dig roads and never fill to make it fit for commute.

I have paid the Tax of Rs. 1996 through HDFC Bank online on 28.05.2020 at 14.35 Hrs. and the transaction was successful but the receipt was not generated. The UTR No. [protected]. I visited the BDA office several times and gave the letter and the confirmation letter from the bank as well for the successful transaction. Still the receipt was not received. Please send the receipt. I need to pay the tax for 2021-22, but previous year tax is still showing as balance.

We stay in Banashankari 6th Stage 4th B Block.
Roads in our area are full of potholes, and few roads are never tarred.
They are not at all in usable condition, injuries, falling off, accident are common while travelling in these roads.
Please fix the road at the earliest and save our lives.
Our area still not handed over to BBMP.

There is set-back, FAR, coverage violations in respect of building numbers 975 ...etc., 3rd Block, ARKAVATHY LAYOUT, RK HEGDENAGAR, Bengaluru-77.
Action initiated as per building bye-laws and BDA act.
Further there is water stagnation in the drains due to allowing of waste water into the drain by the residents is a health hazard in these days of covid- 19.
