#162 5th block Sri m vishweshwaraiah layout muddinapalya behind Venkateswara Swamy temple. Gutters in the locality is completely closed and blocked by filling red soil by Redistant who recently constructed building
And there are no way for water to pass through if there is heavy rainfall due to that all the rain water are stagent in gutters and roads which cause spreading of mosquito and bad odur

If we ask the to clear the gutters they are least borthered

We kindly request you to clear or take naecessary action

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that a illegal construction by a 3rd party is being done on BDA Corner Site at Nagarbhavi 3 Block site 268, corner site.
Request you to please take an immediate action.

I am the sole and absolute owner of the property bearing No. 377-D, Shanthiniketan Layout, Arakere, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru 560 076 (hereinafter the ‘Schedule Property’). The Schedule Property was developed by M/s Shanthi Builders and was approved by the Bangalore Development Authority and handed over to the BBMP.

The Schedule Property was purchased jointly by my family vide registered sale deed dated 16.11.2005, registered as Document No. 9899/2005-06, Book 1 and stored in CD No. BASD194 at the office of the Sub Registrar, Bengaluru South Taluk. I have been in possession since 2005. The Schedule Property is a corner plot, and is abutted by a road. This is clear from the approved sanction/ layout plan.

Much to my surprise, on 21.09.2021, certain persons said to be representatives/ workmen of Shanthinikethan Area Association and Shanti Builders began to dig up the road. On inquiry, I learnt that they are intending on illegally putting up construction on the public road. I made several attempts to stop the same, to no avail. These workmen have commenced digging of the road.

Needless to say, this is gross violation of the law, as well as the Sanction Plan. These actions are not only in violation of the settled law but are also interfering with my easementary right to light and air, besides encroaching over the road over which I have a vested interest.
In these circumstances, I request to you to kindly take immediate action against the aforementioned illegal encroachments to ensure there is no construction put up in violation of the Sanction Plan.

I have purchased BDA allotted site in the year of 2003 but still sewage facilities are not done in JP nagar 9th phase 1st block so we are facing problem to connect to underground drainage system which is for away from house constructed site(23ft), as per BDA/BBMP norms drainage system facilities should happen before sale of sites but still no drainage facilities are not there for 1st block, JP 9th phase road & i am requesting you to consider my request to resolve the concerned problem.

I am not at all interested in to construct my house drainage/pit box in front of my house & my intention is to use drainage systems facilitated by Bangalore Municipality

Opp to Royal County Park BDA Layout 2nd Main behind Indian Oil Petrol Bunk

I, M R Krishnamurthy, have a bda site allotted to me in Banashankari 6th stage 2nd block, site number 1141 ( 24 meters X 15 meters).
On a recent visit I found a part of my site has been illegally fenced. I need action to be taken for demarcation of my site on which I have been regularly paying vacant land taxes over the years.

Newly installed LED street lights NOT WORKING. Three and half poles with two lights each on ring road opposite Indira canteen, Nayandahalli, Bengaluru 560039.

We are under construct a house in bsk 6th stage 2ndblock site no 1221/B please provide a secondary line and street light immediately lot of snake is here and watchman shed and small children's are playing here there is no other street lights here

I am raising a concern on the Maintainance of the BDA layout Avallihalli
Bangalore yelahanka.( MSR North East County.)

I not see any Maintaintenance of the Layout road, I was communicated many a time to BDA officer we have not got any process in the Maintainace of the layout. Now we are not able to go the layout as the roads are totally Demanged, Kindly requst you to get the road ready. and street light ready.
During the Night time is totaly dageours to walk in the layout.

Street light not working for more than 3 months . Contacted contractor sangamesh many times but they is no response.
We have paid tax every year but we don't understand why this negligence.

Possession certificate is still on hold with case worker. Its been more than 20 days, pls check.

Recently on 25th Aug 2021, at HRBA layout, 2nd Block - telling people that he is from BDA person by Name: Ramachandra and doing verification of BDA property in that location. Thereby asking owners full details of the property - is this guy real and what verification that BDA is conducting and why?. Person did not even show is ID card as asking, just collecting details and he had given a landline number and also calling some owners using this number: +[protected]. Please let us know the details or 2nd block residents are planning to come to BDA office in large. Please respond, Thanks.
