Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Non refund of Initial deposit of Rs. 4,37,500/- paid in connection with allotment of flat at Doddabanahalli-2

Applied for allotment of flat at Doddabanahalli-2 in response to the advertisement in the newspaper on 3/5/2014. Bangalore Development Authority by lottery alloted the apartment and I am not selected in the lottery. BDA is bound to refund the initial deposit of Rs. 4, 37, 500/-. In spite of personal visit and communication in writing BDA so far not refunded the initial deposit. When approached personally earlier about an year back that they will send the same by post shortly. Repeated approach now they say then have sent it. Asked for the proof they are not giving any proper information. I am staying at Shimoga and every time spending my money for bus/train I am meeting one or the other official but there is no positive response. I am decided to go for customer redressal board for seeking remedy.
