Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Tax receipt not generated and no one has picking the call

Sir, I have paid the property tax on 30.06.2021 Rs.2955/- through online banking under online property tax payment, but till date the tax receipt is not generted. On visiting the Banashankari complex BDA office they told me to enquire at BDA Head office. My several calls are not being attended and not picking the call. I submit the details hereunder:
