    I had setup Autopay of my Electricity bill every month on my HDFC credit card [protected] but since it was not paid automatically last month in August 2018, I made payment through Paytm on August 18th but again automatically the amount of 1792Rs got debited from Credit card as well on August so that bill got paid twice and I was expecting the amount to be adjusted in this months bill but there was no adjustment done and I got bill for a full amount of 1960rs this month. Please someone have a look into it and refund my amount of adjust it in current month's bill.

    Hi we got bill for the month of August but they have added 1070 RS extra for manual audit short claim. I don't know what it means and why I should pay this amount. Plz let me know the details

      Rr no sh40102, bill no[protected] shows amount to be paid rs 4311/ including arrears of rs 1978/. Why this arrears? Bill amount is being regularly paid through karnataka bank, 9th block jayanagar for a decade or more.

      I have been paying electricity bill for ground floor and ist floor through ecs for over a decade. While bill amount for sh11193 do not mention about arrears, why on sh40102. Why the bank is not notified? Please...

      The name on the bescom bill on account id: [protected] is 'stephen prasad & suparna prasad', but should only be 'stephen prasad'. Request correction as soon as possible.
      I had also made another application on the bescom website and paid an amount of about inr 600, but this was closed without any action. Even the money was not refunded to me, but the correction was not done.
      Request immediate action on this.

        Hi, i got a bill of 1091 and last date for payment of bill was 26th august. On 25th august, lineman came and removed the fuse and went off, i was not informed. So, i immediately paid my bill and have contacted bescom since then.. It's been three days and no has restored electricity in my house. I registered three complaints to bescom, spoke to the a. E twice, messaged him, called again to bescom and told about the problem. It's third day now and no one has fixed the problem. They just don't care. Its very unfortunate. Three days and no power still.

              wrong reading done

              There is always wrong reading done. Last month unit at the time of reading is 2973, but in the bill it says current reading as 2875 and the previous reading as 2725. But the previous reading was taken from the month of april. I got bill for may and june and i have paid it as well so the previous reading should be taken from the month of june but they have taken from april.               correction in spelling of my name in electricity bill

              I am a new resident of this flat and got the bescom details changed to my name from the previous owners name recently.. My name in the bill is raghavendra manjunath mattur annappurna mattur whereas it should be raghavendra manjunath mattur annapurna mattur.               Hi,

              We are residing in Akshya Nagar of Ramamurthy Nagar since past 5 years. We are experiencing terrible Power cut for short duration throughout the day.

              There is no improvement since then, lot of household electrical equipment are getting repaired due to frequent on and off of power.

              Urgent intervention of responsible team is required to address this long standing issue . The issue was brought to notice several times earlier also.

              We residents are gathering to ask for the compensation on the equipment's got repaired due to this power fluctuations.

              Hello,

              I had paid the ASD amount of 415.90 in bescom online portal, but transaction was failure and the amount was debited from my bank account(ICICI)

              Till now the amount was not received back for the failure transaction.
              I have paid the electricity bill before the due date. In spite of paying on time today my power supply was disconnected by Bescom. My A/c No is [protected].
              Kindly let me know as to why was the power supply disconnected.

                Nowadays there is frequent power cut in ramamurthy nagar sir mv nagar and it is for longer period like 3hrs 4 hrs. The worst part is if we call the electricity office they won't pick the ph.. Maximum time it will be like switch off and even if they receive they will tell it will come in 30 mins and disconnect the line but the power never comes.
                Bangalore is known as hi-tech city.. Howcome the power supply is so poor in a city like bangalore? Everyone there cannot be a transformer issue or some fault.. Unless it is done intentionally.
                Please take some action to solve this issue asap.

                    Hi, my electricity bescom account is [protected]. I have always paid my electricity bill before due date. This time i have gotten an arrear of 89 rupees. The bill due date was 23rd may, 2018 and i made a payment on 17th may, 2018 via ola money and have received confirmation from ola money as well.

                    I do not understand why an arrear has been added to my bill. Even if it is a small amount, i do not want to pay it as charity to bescom.

                    After looking at other similar complaints on arrears, i am sure this arrear keep showing up on my bill until paid.

                    Kindly help me.

                      I received a message stating that need to pay rs 9077!!! For month 13 apr - 13 may 2018.

                      Initial bill handed over as hard copy during reading was rs 617 which was paid on 26 may 2018.

                      Checked in bescom web page, with detailed bill mentioning 'manual audit short claim - rs 9012" - i couldn't understand the reason for this amount in the bill.

                      The disconnection due date is 11 jun 2018. Request you...

                      We constructed a house near to garden city college, while constructing we took temporary connection... For that every month we are getting a bill, the bill which am seeing in online is different with the bill which am getting from my contractor i went personally to bescom once to confirm they said it is original bill... If you dont mine could you please send me a bill summary for my customer id : 4249713..., and we applied for permanent connection still it is not given we applied before 3 months recently they bought transformer and all other things... They fixed transformer in one place beside of that fixing place one house bought objection letter to do not fix the transformer here..., so may i know what is the bescom action regarding that... Already we are using temporary connection from many months...

                      No power supply of electricity in our area. This has became regular routine of bescom to cut power supply. Tomorrow i have a finals exam in college but no power supply. Worstest government. Corruption india.
                      From morning 10 am to evening 3.30pm I dint get any response from bescom.. I visted there office but still they said it vl take Time to rigister your complaint..what the ### this guys think of ther self.. I'm I not a Indian cityzen just because I'm Muslim that don't mean u shudint resolve my problem

                        Sir/madam,
                        We do not have an electricity supply to my home from 21/05/2018 night. The power went off during windy storm. Realised the no electricity current in my home only and got verified from local electrician and he said no power supply to home from eclectic pole.

                        So raised multiple complaints with bescom. No help till now. Seems i have to move my family to hotel today (May-23) as we do not have water for regular stuff.

                        Very unhappy with bescom

                            We have received electricity bill from our gate. Our meter is upstairs and we have a dog outside the house. The gate was locked also. There is no way the guy took the actual reading. And we received the bill for rs. 2000 which is not accurate, obviously.                               frequent disconnection of power

                              There is frequent disconnection in roopena agrahara. Eveytime we call bescom they give reason of major fault and time it takes to resolve. But it never current comes witin time.
                              And they give a complint number which is never meant to resolved.. There are many night without power. Situation is horrible to stay. Still there is no solution from bescom. And connnecting to customer care is still more horrible to get line connected....

                              Hello bescom management,

                              I need to bring your kind notice regarding how helpline 1912 customer care associates receive customer and register customer complaint

                              Today i have called helpline number 1912 3times
                              1) 4 am
                              3) 4:05 am and
                              4) 4:10 am,

                              3 times call disconnected without taking my complaint and they will receive call and they will keep on hold, then they will disconnect without taking complaint

                              I need to inform bescom management regarding 4 points

                              1) associates will not speak properly, night time they always sleep and team leaders also waste, even they will full sleep condition while speaking to customers???

                              2) very bad team leader (Mr. Lokesh) working in helpline 1912 (He is very rude when i was in call today with him)

                              3) i don't know whether they will do quality check will be done from your end or not???

                              4) there is frequent power cuts in my area of k mallasandra, hoskote bangalore every day and whole night there is no power and
                              No one takes action and even responds to the customer care numbers very poor service and very bad response

                              5) very worst or bad service customer care and team leaders

                              Will bescom management will take action or not??? About these kind of service giving to customer?

                              There is frequent power cuts in my area of k mallasandra, hoskote bangalore every day and whole night there is no power and no one takes action and even responds to the customer care numbers very poor service and very bad response???
                              2) very waste aee and ee in this location (Hoskote taluk 562114) i dont know they working or not???
                              3) whenever we call this numbers they wont receive call and there is no response ([protected]), i think this person official mobile phone he thought that is personal phone, very waste person???
