Dear bescom, The bill calculation is incorrect. As reading was not done in april, but the amount for the april bill was generated as the average of the previous bill, we have paid the amount online. But in the current bill, i see the paid amount is been reduced. What i do not see is the reduction of the units for which we have already paid the amount. Now the new bill is been generated for the units consumed from march, which of course most of the units are charged in slab 4 which costs more. Reducing previously paid money will not help as we are being charged more for slab 4. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |
