Fuse taken off without prior intimation

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the disconnection of our electricity supply due to the removal of the fuse without any prior or on-the-spot intimation from BESCOM.

      I have applied for a name changes request online against reference number-[protected] and attached all necessary proof and documents as described in the form, and paid the exact amount as required.
      As I am not in the town I initiated the process online.
      Since I have not received any updates against my request I raised a complicated- docket no- [protected] on 10th Feb 2024. after that almost I used to get multiple calls from BESCOM that the change will be done 5-10 working days. On 6th of April the authorities closed my complaint without resolution.
      As the things are not closed and I am outside the town, I raise my concern to the helpline and in response the AAO reverted to come offline and pay the amount, that I have already paid in the cash counter.
      This is completely misleading and fraudulent by the authorities, and I would request immediate action on the responsible people. I will put all misle information of BESCOM in twitter and Facebook tagging the government buddies that how the authorities kicking the digital India program, if things are taken granted. Thanks

        I can see arrears equal to the actual bill amount in my latest bill making it double.
        I have paid all my previous bills as well. Why has this been charged?

            I have faced the worst service ever and resolution takes forever. Bescom has taken away my fuse with no legit reason, since I have always paid my bill before due date, in fact this time I paid double the amount, just to play safe but in only a matter of 2 weeks, I have been disconnected twice from my electricity connection, I don’t understand the reason and they don’t understand it either, I want to know the person responsible for this and ask to whomever is responsible to fix the problem and atleast give a prior disconnection initiation notice if any such issue arises
            My bill is fully paid (also in advance)
            I want a reasonable reply from BESCOM and please escalate this issue and take strict actions against the culpable

              I usually get bill within one thousand however on 10/01/2024 i got a bill of 2600 and i was waiting for the bill guy and correct the reading and was waiting for them to reach out to me. They just cut the wire and left without even having the courtesy of informing .. mean sob's.

                Fake Data entry Job

                I have enrolled in Marc Netcom company for data entry job and paid deposit amt Rs-20, 000/ and it supposed to be return back to me in second month of my employment. I worked for 1 month and sent my work details through [protected]@marcnetcom.com as suggested by company but still i did not get any response and not paid first month salary Rs-18000/- it supposed to be deposit on 31-Oct-23. I tried to reach them, but they are not picking up calls...

                Street light not working in Rachenahalli BDA layout

                In our road there is only one street light that is not working. Kindly fix it ASAP. I also complained to BESCOM they said that it has to go to BDA....

                The street light in front of Shree vijaya public school and 2 subsequent light poles are not functioning over the past 1 month, after complaining to the nearest BESCOM office, the officials said there is a issue in the fuse but they never returned to fix the problem after inspecting. It is very hard to step out since there are snakes in the locality which causes lot of problem to the residents in the nearest locality. And the bulbs are frequently broken by some drunkers who do all illegal stuff in the empty space that belongs to the government (sewage department). Recently there was also a chain snatching case that took place right in front of the school

                    Street lights

                    Hi, I'm a resident of Hosa road in Choodasandra. Bbmp and Gram panchayat collects street light charges every year but so many places the lights are missing. At night, it's very difficult to go to such areas that too a main road. There are no street lights in between two Nandini junctions or near the Amruta Engineering College (main road). Kindly install a few street lights in every 50mtrs. There's a MRP liquor shop and it's difficult to roam...

                        This is regarding the wrong meter reading entry in the bill. I have consumed around 22 units in the July month. Previous meter reading is 644 units and the current meter reading is 670 units but the biller has entered as 970 units and the total amount in the bill is 3307.. I generally pay around 250 rs every month. Please correct the reading so that I can pay online the correct amount. The current meter reading is 670 units.

                            Dear Sir,
                            BESCOM account id : [protected]
                            Normally I used to pay BESCOM bills through BESCOM website. During Jan 2023 an amount of INR 2030 was paid through the site but didnt get the receipt and the amount got deducted from my account.

                            I waited for few days nothing happened.

                            Inspector from BESCOM insisted that the payment didnt go through and asked me to pay it again as the due date was exceeded.

                            I made another payment through Bangalore one center (HBR Layout) for an amount of INR. 2030.

                            In the meanwhile, BESCOM has acknowledged the receipt of amount paid through the website.

                            However, the second payment made through Bangalore One center was neither adjusted nor refunded.

                            I wrote several emails to helpdesk of BEscom, but of no use till date.

                            Unfortunately, I missed the Bangalore One receipt.

                            Both payments are made to my account Id mentioned above...It must reflect in their system..
