[Resolved]  Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Not refunding amount and not providing the service

ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND PROOF NEEDED FOR THE CASE
Miss. Harshita ([protected]) from (IZS TECHOCRATS PRIVATE LIMITED, This company has the website in the name JUST FOR PAY link of the website https://justforpay.co.in/ ) Called me on 18/AUG/2022 and offered me saying that the company is providing an Aadhaar Suveda center through UTI, and to get started I need to get there NSDL Payment bank from which I'll get 900/- per month as a salary from NSDL Payment bank but I did not agree on the same, Then she started forcing me to take this service 1st she told me to pay 3.5K in starting and the rest 15380/- after completing work, and this entire process will take 7 to 14 days, if this process is not completed on time, Miss. Harshita Promised me that she’ll provide my full amount refund from the company, later on, Mr. Rohit said to me after talking with Mr. Ramesh that it was a mistake that they have told me the wrong amount and I need to pay the 7080/-, at the time of payment also she was using my computer using anydesk, this is the Anydesk log details () as you can see in the Taskbar of my computer Screenshot. The Payment I did on 19/AUG/2022 (
) after me paying the amount she used my system using anydesk and wrote an e-mail to the support mail ID, stating () and the rest of the amount after completing the work. Then later on again Miss. Harshita and Mr. Ramesh (Mr. Ramesh Contact No. [protected]) Called me on 22/AUG/2022, and started Forcing me, They Mentally Manipulated me, and started giving me Mental trauma, after all this, they both again Threatened Me Saying that if I don’t pay the rest of the amount they will not refund my money nether my work will be completed, on the forceful agenda and after they putting me into Mental Trauma I paid 11, 800/- on 22/AUG/2022, again on this time also at the time of payment she was using my computer by using anydesk, as you can see in the Taskbar of my computer Screenshot, and this is the Anydesk log details image ()
(), on this I had completed full payment of the
service after that she wrote the mail to support Email ID (), then sent me 3 files and said me to fill them out as per her instructions and send them back to her, then she guided me to fill the form, after filling the form I sent her the files on 22/AUG/2022 at 3:03 PM by WhatsApp (), later on again on 07/ SEP/2022 she said me to pay 5900 as a security deposit, again she forced me a lot to do the payment after suffering a lot of Trauma, I took the amount from one of my friends and I did the payment same as told me to do (
), then I found out by Mr. Rakesh (Mr. Rakesh Contact No.[protected]) that the application which was made me filled from Miss. Harshita was totally wrong, and when I started asking for Bill Mr. Rakesh started threatening me and using offensive words, started saying that he’ll not provide me with a bill and he’ll not refund me my money back also and that he’ll deactivate my ID From his company, and block me from calling him, that he was saying me to go and complanate to whomever I want (Note. I do Posses the Recoding of the Same which will be provided to the Court if asked for the further investigation), after Mr. Rakesh Forced & Threatened me to send the documents. This was taken place on 07/OCT/2022. and I had to send them again by refilling them, which I did on 07/OCT/2022 (
) at this time this was guided by Mr. Rakesh, even after providing all the documents two time, non of the action has been taken from the company. now again Mr. Rakesh is telling me that the application is rejected again. After providing the document two times.
Later on, I Contact Mr. Amit ([protected]) who is from the support team, I shared all the details with him also and asked for help, He replied by saying that I have not provided the documents then I showed the screenshot ()but then also he replied they have not
received any documents from my end. After that when I begged and asked for a refund from Mr. Amit even he said that they will not provide me the refund at any cost, after all this now the company is denying to provide me with a refund, and I had written multiple E mail to the Support team, HR Team (), to Company E Mail ID(, ), To the CEO Of the Company Mr. IMRAN SIDDIQUEE (, , ), I have not received any Response from neither of them and company.
