[Resolved]  Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Billdesk electricity bescom payment failed but money got debited from account

I made an online payment of 1806inr for bescom via billdesk. The transaction failed, but hdfc bank account is showing 'withdrawl' of this amount.

Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://bescomrural.nsoft.in/ was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our hdfc bank account.

But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our savings a/c has been debited.

Please look into this.
