Hi, I'm Dipankar Chatterjee, BESCOM Account ID: [protected]. Because the Bill payment was not reflecting in the BESCOM Mitra App, I paid the April 2021 bill (amounting to Rs. 883) twice, on 26th April. The Receipt ID/Transaction IDs of both these payments are: 1) Transaction ID: WA42071040, payment date: 26/04/2021 (This was paid through net banking in BESCOM Mitra app) 2) Transaction ID: VHDF[protected], payment date: 26/04/2021 (This was paid through BESCOM online payment portal) .
