[Resolved]  Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Electricity bill paid on 13th of June, failed payment

Dear Sir,

I am writing on behalf of my owner whose flat I have rented. I have duly paid the electricity bill that was generated for the month of May 2022. The amount has been debited from my bank account and yet I have received a notification stating that the payment has been failed. Could you please help us resolve this issue at the earliest.
