Hi, Before 15 years back bescom has placed electricity lines on my site.now am unable to construct the building and now when I approached them they are asking money for shifting that lines. I contacted AE from btm layout(tavarekere), he is telling me to do with my own money.its there fault who kept on my site now telling me to spend huge money on that.please let me know whom should I contact so that it can be resolved.
