Hi I have no electricity in my house since over 8 hrs now, bescom line man by the name of narayan swamy in whitefield eo4 subdivision, just took the fuse away without even letting me know and cross checking if i have any dues. I have no dues whatsoever and paid my bills on time. Stil i am made to run between one bescom office to another. Very pathetic and no one to help. The line man responsible is not even reachable now. Prepaid meter was surrendered in Nov 2018 and Deposit refund request was submitted on 14th Nov 2018 and have been since following up for refund, Please can assist with the refund status
