Hello, My bescom account number is [protected], i got incorrect bill for november -17 and the amount for one month (Billing date 01/10/17 to 01/11/17) is inr 3070. This is my second bill for my new house and i got the entire units in this bill which was consumed from october. For the month on 01/9/17 to 01/10/17 i was charged only for 2 units. I should have been charged the consumed units only for the month which i consumed the units because of this problem my slab rates are high for the novemeber. Since it was last minute i have to pay the bill so that i dont default. Now i want that bills to be looked again and provide me the refund after adjusting the correct due for billing date 01/10/17 to 01/11/17. Was this information helpful? | |
