Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Line man removed fuse without intimation

Hi,

We’re staying at -
Building no. 42, Flat no. 302, Garuda Paradise apartment, 4th cross, Sivaganga layout, Mahadevapura

We got an EB bill with due date of 20th Feb 2023 and we paid the bill on 20th morning but the lineman still removed the fuse and went without even confirming with us or informing us. Also, aren’t they supposed to remove the fuse only AFTER the due date!?? He has removed it at 12 pm on due date itself. I have raised a complaint but they say it’ll take time. Why didn’t they wait before removing the fuse then!? This is a terrible situation for people working from home!
